Came here around 1100 for Sunday brunch. Able to be seated right away inside, good number of people seated outside as it was a pleasant morning. Itâs important to note that only the brunch is available, there is no alternative breakfast menu. We opted to stay although I donât think we ate our value/cost of meal. Omelette station employee was kind. She was able to prepare two omelettes at a time and we were next in line so it wasnât a long wait. Decent choice of veggies to choose from. Omelette was quite large and filling although somewhat simple in preparation. Long line for rest of food choices. Few choices in salads/dressings. I thought I was getting a Waldorf type salad and disappointed when I got to table as it was potato. Just not what I expected. There were scrambled eggs and bacon, some potatoes, fresh melon. They also had some fried chicken and Mac and cheese. I went through the line twice and each time they were out of the salmon/lox. They werenât very quick and replenishing items. The selections were okay but I wouldnât return. For people who have more of an appetite, it may be worth the visit.

Where to eat American food in Annandale: The Best Restaurants and Bars

Three of us were here recently for lunch for the first time. First, the seats in the booths are so uncomfortable, that after eating we had to cut our usual lunch chat short because our knees and legs were hurting--the bench seats are low and deep with very slim pads only part way on with the rest of the seat being bare wood. Owww.The food was average with reasonable prices; what you can find at lots of fast casual places in the area. I ordered the Raspberry Ice Tea and almost passed out with how sweet it was--I had to ask for water to dilute it just so I could drink it. They have no Gluten Free bread and their menu is super heavy on sandwiches, burgers and breaded stuff. So I had the Prime Rib sandwich with no bread. It was OK; the meat was sliced very thin but was still somewhat fatty. The accompanying fries were good. My friends both had the Crab Cake sandwich that they said was fine but nothing special. The service was OK; the place was fairly empty. Won't go back.

Crowded and loud, but thatâs to be expected in such a popular place. Iâve been happy with my dogfish visits in the past, but was disappointed in the Friday fish fry. The fish was only so so, and paired with Mac and cheese, fries and corn bread, it was a bit of a carb overload. Others in my group had the fish tacos and the shrimp tacos which were excellent.
