Stopped on the way from Melbourne to Canberra for lunch. It was great! Amazing choice of burgers and salads and old school shakes. Fast, clean service. This place would fit in in any big city, but glad we found it in Albury.
I came here for lunch with the family. It is nice and modern, with lots of sporting memorabila, which is interesting. The meals are everything and anything you would expect from a sport cafe, including nachos, hot dogs, burgers ect. I had a baked potato, without the beans, and added some bacon and caramelised onion to it. It was absolutely amazing! The ingredients all tasted fresh, the dressing on the salsa was lovely. It was only a simple dish, and dont know what it would have been like if i got the standard menu item, but with the bacon and onion it was absolutely perfect! The staff regularly came over to make sure everything was ok, without being disruptive, and meals and drinks came out quickly

Had Breakfast and Dinner here, a large open area with bar, pool table and large TV on one side and comfortable dining on the other Breakfast was very good, a variety of hot food with the usual fruit, cereal, pastries, toasts, juices and coffee/tea on offer, plenty of choice so even the fussiest would get a good feed. For Dinner we had the fillet steak with fries and Brandy Peppercorn Cream all cooked to perfection and served by two very friendly wait staff. Will happily eat here again next time we stay especially with 20% off for being a PGR member (free to join).
Country Pub in Bethanga, Victoria only 20mins drive from Albury and close to Lake Hume. Kick back with glass of wine from local wineries, nibble on a grazing board of cheese + seasonal preserves around the open fire or get comfy on the deck with a blanket
Love the renovations and the atmosphere of the place. Menu has something for everyone, food is great and good value. Keep up the great work. Thanks Karin for the review. xBH

Albury is one of my frequent work visit destinations. I knew this place and did not bother trying until this time around. Entering from Macaulay street the first impression is just another pub, but the garden/outdoor area was very nicely setup. I can easily picture that Friday or Saturday nights would be popular!!Had a bunch of heaters for colder months but not sure how effective they are and donât want to imagine the power bills!!...anyway, food, variety/range was 4/5, serving size 5/5, and quality - 4.5/5. Overall value for money - 5/5.A very nice place to chill out with a cold beer and into pub/bistro food!!

Watched the Superjesus here. The only problem is you have to put up with all the smoker's while watching a gig, they all should be a non smoking event when a gig is on. Had a meal of the chicken schnitzel it was ok. A Corona is $9 & most other beers on tap are $7.50. I won't be going back with those prices.

A part of the city in the country" Albury's own award winning Zedbar was established in 2007 when an opportunity was identified to provide a city style entertainment venue that was not being catered for in the region. The friendly and experienced team at
Firstly I would compliment the staff, friendly and efficient. We were having a family reunion and as happens there were several food preferences through allergies etc. Having checked on their web site and confirming by their high lighted ânew menuâ all could be catered for. On arrival and seeing the menus we were told that the items on the web site were the âoldâ menu. Being mid week there were very few other patrons and it was obvious the kitchen was waiting on our orders before closing up even though it was only 7.30.The food was good. The venue is comfortable but the music was way too loud for easy conversation.Probably will find somewhere else next time

My husband and I dined here while staying at the Mercure on a stop over to Melbourne. The service was excellent, very professional yet with the right amount of friendliness. It was great to see so many vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu. I had the cauliflower and lentil patty which was extremely enjoyable and my husband had the fish and chips which he said was not greasy and beautifully cooked. Both meals were quite large servings. A great meal after a long drive!

We ate with friends and took advantage of the daily special which also included a $4 drink credit. The meals took a little while to arrive because they were very busy but were generously sized and tasty. Bar service was excellent, as was the table service. Regular menu was quite extensive and would cater to most peoples' tastes or requirements.

Enroute to Melbourne and needed a caffeine fix. The coffee was average and our friends despite two attempts by staff to make hot chocolate gave up.
