While proudly South African, Nando's is an international flame-grilling, PERi-PERi chicken restaurant group We offer a twist of Afro-Portuguese with an upmarket and comfortable dining experience The first Nando's was opened in 1987 in Johannesburg, South
It's quite sad because I used to love Nandos, but the last the meals were slightly disappointing. The store is clean and well organized, the staff are friendly and attentive, but the quality is just not there anymore. Come on Nandos, you can do better

I ordered one of the specials which was fairly well priced. The restaurant was nice, neat and clean. The service was excellent. The food was a bit plain, the chips looked like it was someone else's left overs, and the additional Portuguese roll that I ordered was dry and a bit hard.

In my own opinion there is nothing really special about this Nando's branch, its location probably has a lot to do with this, feels very cramped there with not enough room, however like every Nando's the food is brilliant and flame GRILLED and staff very friendly and fast.
Peri-Peri chicken restaurant with a world famous Portuguese style menu. Visit Nandoâs in Kyalami for a truly South African dining experience.
Every Nandos branch has its own signature stamped. I feel that the Kyalami branch of Nandos is outstanding with excellent service, prompt assistance, polite staff and good value. Certainly one of the better Nandos outlets around.
We decided to try the Ponta restaurant over Easter for lunch and I have to say we were extremely disappointed. The service was rotten even though they seem well staffed and the food was not anything a Portuguese establishment should put on tables. I had a simple prego, the Portuguese roll was squashed and there was a thick, dry and overcooked piece of steak slapped onto it, do Not try a prego without something to drink close by as this sucker is dry! I drowned it in sauce just to get through it. My wife had a chicken and prawn combo and this too was average at best. The prawns were overcooked, but the chicken was quite nice. The best thing at this restaurant is their peri peri sauce which is full of flavor.

Lots of spicy Portuguese food fair, Plenty of sizzling flavours.Staff are quite passionate about their brand and quite eager to accommodate.I'm not a chili fan, but there are plenty of other options available. As a franchise, the menu is pretty standard and reliable, but good average cuisine.Outdoor patio with big umbrellas and you can watch your car right in front of you - in case you are worried. The Centre is quieter than Carlswald, which is a bonus. This destination has the prime spot as it is right opposite the main gate.
