Things to do in Williamsport
Visiting Williamsport, I got in a bit later than I had intended, and by the time I was ready to head out for dinner, every place that was not a chain restaurant was closed, or serving a severely curtailed menu (Stonehouse, I'm looking at you). Thankfully, I came across this place (open until 3 a.m. on a Saturday night!) just a block outside the glitzy renovated downtown party district. The pizza here looks very good (a surprisingly reliable criterion, in my experience), and I was served an excellent stromboli--a good-sized log of solid-quality pizza ingredients wrapped in thin, hand-stretched pizza dough and baked until crispy/tender. Served with a large side-dish of zesty tomato sauce (also arguing for good pizza here).

I have had Pudgie's pizza and hoagies several times. All of the food is always fresh and hot. The have different party packages where you can save a fair amount of money. Good service, friendly staff, and always very clean. There pizza is always a favorite at the Fire Training Center.

In our opinion, Park Pizza has the best pizza around. . . . . Sometimes you have to wait but it's worth it. We've on occasion witnessed less than friendly employees but the last time the "thrower" actually smiled and greeted us upon our arrival.

Awesome family from Italy started Joe's. They have terrific food and huge servings. The small pizza will feed a family. The antipasto salad is the most authentic I have had since Tuscany. It is in a small strip mall and the ambiance is not romantic (unless you are in high school).

Upon entering this small pizza restaurant we wondered if we were in the wrong place! Our expectation was that it would be a semi-fancy restaurant. No so, however....it was clean, and visible food (pizza slices) was enticing. So we ordered lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs. The salads were large, cold and crisp, breadsticks buttery and seasoned just right. The lasagna was moist, cheesy and delicious. Spaghetti was delicious also. Vinnie was friendly, helpful and we would return just for this if in the area again.Go see Vinnie!

By far, the best pie in town! As so many others have said, the pizza is so good on it's own that no extra toppings are truly needed. This good, old fashioned pizzeria is the place to go!

Having grown up in Williamsport, I have tried a number of pizza places over the years, and confidently I can say that this is one of the best in the city that every time I visit I keep coming back to again and again. The crust is perfect-not thin but not doughy, and the amount of cheese and sauce is perfect. Definitely give it a try when in the area!

Meeting a friend & told him where I was. I told him I hadn't eaten for several hours & we went in to get a bite. I choose A Hawaiian pie from a great server, Katelyn. The pie was very good! I got a box to take it to my friend's place & ate 2 slices for breakfast it was that good! I would recommend this as they have a full-service menu & serve beer as well...may types.

Our Motherâs Day party of 11 was seated quickly on a Sunday afternoon, with a view of their awesome brick oven. The Charles Pizza, with arugula and a balsamic vinegar reduction, is my favorite! Their steak is better than some steakhouses Iâve been to. If you like calamari, order the âgrilledâ calamari - itâs a different and delicious version of that popular appetizer. Thanks for the review Gigi! Hope to see you again soon!
