Me and my partner decided to try this on the day it opened, we were highly disappointed! When ordering the man kept trying to get us to add more to the order, even when we said no, so felt pressured into getting a garlic bread. The toppings were not fresh, I had the chicken and cranberry and the chicken was just the cubed frozen chicken, wasn't very nice at all. Don't think we will be going back, much better pizza places in this town!

Beautiful handmade pizza with a stunning view of the ocean, friendly staff, reasonably priced and excellent service. Will be back next time we are in town!

Mercury Bay Estate is a relaxed style eatery serving gourmet local produce platters and an Italian inspired menu to compliment our own wines grown on site.
What's not to like? This restaurant is part of the Mercury Bay vineyard. It has a splendid view. We had pizza which was excellent. It was accompanied by their wine which was fine as well. There is no downside to eating and drinking here. You will not be disappointed.

Quite simple food but nicely presented and authentic Greek flavours. Shared stuffed vine leaves, calamari, souvlaki and moussaka followed by a baklava. Unfortunately the taramasalata was unavailable on the night which was disappointing. The restaurant was quiet so lacked a little atmosphere.

We were staying in Whitianga for a couple of nights while touring the Coromandel. Really good pizzas, and brilliant pricing. 2 pizzas for $20 from the specials board. Wish there was a 4.5 button since this was a great place but we have had better pizzas. So sorry to to Dinos.

We were told about this place by some friends who live in Auckland. It was a great place to find some delicious pizza and wine while enjoying a gorgeous view. Make sure your arrive early enough or make reservations or you may be disappointed. The pizzas run out.
