Ich war schon mehrfach, auch im vergangenen Jahr in der Pizzeria gewesen. Die Qualitaet der Speisen und der Service waren stets gut.War immer werktags zum Mittagessen.Es waren manchmal 6, dann auch 20 Personen anwesend, Wartezeit auf Essen und Getraenke war immer nur sehr kurze Zeit. Pizza,Fischgericht oder Pasta, alles geschmacklich und kochtechnisch gut zubereitet. Preis- Leistungsverhaeltnis ist in Ordnung.Neben der ueblichen Speisekarte sind auch auf einer grossen Tafel einige " Tagesspezialitaeten" aufgefuehrt.Gesamtfazit: Man geht gerne hin, weil alles stimmt.A usreichend Parkplaetze vorhanden.Nebenbei macht es auch Spass auf der Terasse zu sitzen und die Storchennester vom Vogelpark zu bestaunen oder im sehr gepflegten Vogelpark einen kleinen " Verdauungsspaziergang" zu machen.Da faellt mir ein, nach dem Essen beim bezahlen, wird man auf einen Grapa oder Masallalikoer eingeladen. Eine nette Geste !

My husband and I had been there twice. We both enjoyed the specials, fish. Then a friend visited, so we dined there again. Our friend enjoyed his pizza, my pasta was good, but too much. The owner is friendly, and it is just a nice restaurant for a pizza, nice wine and relaxingSuzanne

Netter kleiner Italiener mit Italienischer Standardkarte. Pasta und Pizza in groÃer Auswahl. Umbestellen ist kein Problem. Gastraum groà und etwas laut. Für ein gutes Italienisches Abendessen immer empfehlenswert. Für eine Familienfeier vielleicht nicht die richtige Lokation.

Whilst attending a motor racing weekend at the Hockenheimring five of us went out for dinner on two consecutive nights. On Thursday night we got in without too much difficulty at 7.30 pm but on the Friday we started at 7 pm, notwithstanding the earlier start, the place was absolutely packed and it took 3 hours plus before we were served and finished our meal. We could not even get a reservation for the Saturday night!The Italian food is really rather good, without being fabulous, but the portions are vast. I would caution against having a starter if you are a fan of desserts. I had a small anti pasto to start and a smaller sized pizza on the first night and certainly could not finish it. On the second night the spaghetti bolognese was really very good and a reasonable sized portion to boot.This spot is extremely popular with the motor racing teams and fans alike. Pre booking Friday-Saturday is absolutely essential (and usually at least 24 hours in advance).It is such a shame that on very busy weekends the staff just cannot cope within a reasonable time frame. Nevertheless, I recommend that it be tried. Other options in Hockenheim are not exactly plentiful.
