How often does the nearest restaurant to your hotel (Axidie) turn out to be the best local option? A party of 8 representing a wide spectrum of gastronomic tastes (from ketchup to caviar) we spent three days avoiding this restaurant because of its proximity to our hotel. When disappointment with other venues left us no option, we booked a table - and returned 3 times.The food is excellent and beautifully presented and the service was invariably polite and accommodating. My pasta with clams (see image, with salad) was the best pasta dish from all the places we tried along the Amalfi coast - simple, light and delicious.Thoroughly recommended.

This little restaurant is a bright spot in the town but is otherwise pretty drab. The food is good and very reasonably priced. The service is friendly and very efficient. There were many locals coming in to this restaurant when I was there, a good sign as the people who live here obviously know it is a good place to dine. There is the patisserie next-door that serves gelato at 2 Euros for two scoops. Visit these two places for a tasty yet economical night out in Meta!

A lovely pizzeria with low-key ambience. Orders are placed at the counter and customers take their food and drinks to their tables. In our case, however, the pizza was brought to the table because we didnât know the âhouse rulesâ. We ordered one meter of pizza with four different toppings. The pizza was delicious. Five people had pizza and drinks for less 30 Euros. Quite unbelieavable.

My husband and I ate here during our stay at the Grand Hotel Angiolerri. We were starving after a day of hiking and no lunch. We each ordered a salmon salad and then I had a pizza with prosciutto, 2 cheeses, and tomatoes and my husband had a pizza with beef, onions, and a red wine reduction (pizza genovese). The salad was delicious and these were our 2nd favorite pizzas of our trip (top in Capri) â I ate the entire thing. My husband also ordered a glass of house red for 5E and thought it went great with pizza â very fruity and lots of tannins. Golden beach is a great place to have dinner by the beach! The hostess showed us all the fresh fish of the day and explained what ways each could be prepared. Everything was so fresh! The seafood pasta is amazing. They were very accommodating as we do not speak Italian. The staff was friendly and was there for anything we needed! Would recommend!

British Couple staying in the area for a few days. Menu was only in Italian, waitress spoke a little English which helped, cost was cheap, polite staff, nice basic sitting area, food was good but not to our liking. Would recommend to people visiting the area.

It was so far the best pizza I had in my entire life ! The restaurant is located close the the mountain of Vico equense . I have been in different restaurant such as Pizza metro ( which was actually good too )..but can't compare with the margarita with buffalo cheese I had in All'Angolo . People come into this restaurant to have great pizza..do not expect great service or whatever else because we serve only amazing pizza..and I guess everybody I happy with that .

We had a wonderful, super delicious Italian dinner! We ordered mussels au gratin and involtini of aubergine, tomatoes and mozzarella as starters. Then we had homemade (!) pasta with swordfish and aubergine and tagliata with tomatoes and parmesan cheese with a side salad as main course. For dessert we had milles feuilles with panna and cherries... omg! On top we had red house wine - totally ok - sparkling water and café and paid about 50⬠for two persons! Unbelievable! The service is super friendly and speaks English. Good to know: they only serve pizza Fridays and Saturdays!

Stopped in for dinner at the suggestion of our AirBnb host, so glad we did. Extensive menu, solid wine list, friendly, knowledgeable waitress (Paola) and extremely reasonable prices - example 4 Euro for a pizza Margherita large enough to feed one person and a 5 Euro bottle of house red (thatâs a bottle, not a glass).
