Find out what Pizza restaurants to try in Vatican City. Sure, Vatican City is tiny—110 acres—but it houses the world's largest Catholic church (St. Peter's Basilica) and has perhaps the best collection of artistic masterpieces in the world (the Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo's Pieta, the Laocoon Group, etc.). And maybe only 800 people live here, but one of them's the Pope. It's a pretty good argument for quality over quantity.

We went here twice during our week in Rome as it was located just near us. Good tasty food and really friendly staff. The prices were great too especially when the food was so nice! Definitely recommended.

Mama Eat Street Food is a typical Neapolitan street food, where finally coeliacs could take off a whim, so far prohibited. A place where you can enjoy a variety of cuoppi, braised chicken and chips, cod fillets shorts and mini pizzas, croquettes and rice
Ate at this great place that serves all gluten free food. The Manager Chris was friendly and helpful telling us about the restaurant's history. The pizza, chicken Caesar salad and chicken with chips was to die for, reasonably priced and delicious. Great to find a place that caters so well for coeliacs.

We had family dinner and ordered lasagne, cannelloni, spaghetti, salad and mussels, Food took time to be served. The worst thing is no cannelloni was served. Two plates of lasagne were served instead, we ate both lasagne orders because we were hungry and thinking that it would take another length of time to be served. The waiter then explained later that it may been served to another table and didnât feel that apologetic for their mistake. During our time most of the guests have already left before our dinner was served. Another thing is no water is running in the toilet faucet for washing. We did not like their service still paid full for our dinner.

Bar, Fast Food, pizzeria where the best italian and fresh products are processed with traditional methods
We were looking for a breakfast spot and we liked the look of this place so we stopped for a coffee and a cake. We had two excellent coffees and a filled croissant each and the bill was â¬4! At that price we stayed for another coffee and sat and watched the locals who clearly love the place. The service is brisk but excellent and the staff are very tolerant of your poor Italian. The selection of cakes, biscuits, pizza and much more is extraordinary and it's all freshly made on the premises. We had breakfast here every morning and stopped in on our way back to our hotel each afternoon just to enjoy the atmosphere and of course the excellent coffee and cake, Thank you Forno Feliziani.
Where to eat European food in Vatican City: The Best Restaurants and Bars

The pizza was the worst I ate in Rome. It was like frozen before being baked, the taste was not something special. The carbonara was dry and very oiled. Also they don't have air-condition and the days I've visited the town was the hottest of hole Europe. By the way the staff was friendly and helpful. But the food had ruined our visit.

We went as a party of 4. 3 of us ordered pizzas and the waiter said that was too many pizzas so I was forced to order the pasta carbonara (delicious btw). I thought that was strange and couldn't get a coherent explanation from him since his english wasn't the best. I think maybe too small an oven? The pizza was meh, a bit like frozen pizza. The crust not very thin and kind of spongy. The waiters were friendly, the owner very energetic and singing around the restaurant. The decor is classic Italian pizzeria and felt very homey.

We are a typical Roman Pizzeria with years of hard work behind us who have taught us that only by focusing on quality, tradition and the typical products of our lands can we offer the best of us, for this reason we have brought to light the authentic Pizz
Great prices (rather inexpensive) and a cute shop. Decent pizzas served fast with friendly service. I took off one point because they were out of the first few pizzas we tried to order.Siamo super felici per la sua recensione e ci auguriamo di rivederla presto...grazie mille!!!

This was a nice little shop close to our hotel and not too far from the Vatican. The pizza is not too expensive and is very fresh. It's not the classic pizza you would have elsewhere, but it is definitely tasty.

After Vatican Museums we went to Pizza Zizza. Worth every cent. Can't believe how good it can be beside bussy street, small tables. They treat you like a family. They brought us everything we asked. Mixed pizza platter, some extra slices, some taste examples.... After all that rubber duck sound when you leave some tip is just awesome. Roberto is crazy guy who makes great Pizza.
