Rang to order a take away and advised it would be an hour to an hour and twenty minutes, called up after an hour and a half to be told it would be another 20 minutes.Another 30 minutes passed and still no food called again and manager explained they were busy and would be another 30 minutes.At this stage it was beyond a joke and the kids where starving so cut our losses and told them to cancel the order.After reading other Google reviews I see this is not an isolated incident.

Really nice restaurant at the top of "La mass". The restaurant is divided in two areas "real restaurant" with waiters and nice cutlery and plates and "self service". In "self service" you can buy some standardised dishes which are cooked in the same kitchen as the dishes in the restaurant.In general I can say food is really good, restaurant is clean and nice, staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and nicely designed. The most spectacular thing in this restaurant are the views and the location.Thank's a million. we try and do the best to make this place an exceptional restaurant.

This place serves good burgers, pizza, panini's etc to eat on the go. It doesn't have seating but serves from a hatch at the counter. Good food at a reasonable price (this is the French Alps!) If you're looking for a posh restaurant go elsewhere but if you want a decent snack to keep you going whilst skiing you won't be disappointed.

Every time when we are in Val Thorens, we have to come to Jasper for at least once.Nice food and friendly staff is all we need.(One piece of advice for the resto though: avoid sticking chopsticks vertically in the wok - it can send a misleading message in certain cultures.)We are delighted that our restaurant you at pleased. This place, located at the local shopping gallery, is perfect for a fast stop when you are hungry and don't have too much time to wait, especially if you are coming with children.Menu is a mix of pizzas, pastas and meat, all being served fast and in an efficient way. No sooner than we had arrived, in spite the place being full to capacity, we were ushered to our table within five minutes of arrival. The food followed-up shortly. A tasty pizza for me and an excellent fettuccine aux legume for my partner. In its category, definitely a very good place, both food-wise and value for money.Thank you sir for your friendly answer and it was a plaisir to see you again .

We ate dinner here a second time in our week of skiing since the last culinary experience was a disaster. The food is excellent, not gourmet but nice variety and not too many things on the menu. Everything we ate was good. Excellent service and made an effort to accommodate our request to change the rice for pasta on salmon. dish. The pizza menu was extensive and four cheese pizza had a tomato sauce as opposed to creme sauce which in my opinion is better. The dessert menu was interesting. All dishes we ordered were tasty especially tiramisu, chocolate mousse and the apple crumble and cheese platter were also very good. Highly recommended.
