Typical Italian restaurant . Had the most amazing pizzas ever. Especially with their extra chili oil. Prices was reasonable too. Would definitely go back. We had a big group but they managed to cope with all of us and the food came soon after. Service good too.

I've been eating at Uccio's for about 12 years of my life now.The very moment you enter the bar/restaurant, they make you feel at home. Once you order something to eat, they offer you 'bruschette' with tomatoes and an exquisite oil. The main strength of this place are the low prices. For three persons over 18 years we paid, including two salads, three pizzas, three main drinks and two coffees, incredible â¬21. Plus, in my opinion, the pizzas here can't be topped by anyone else in the region. The location of this restaurant may not be brilliant, but if you are visiting the province of Lecce, please be sure to eat here - you'll remain astonished!

We arrived at 8 to an empty restaurant and we were slightly concerned. However, within an hour, it came to life and filled up with couples, lots of Italian families. It is definitely advisable to book. It's confusing with appetizers, lst course, 2nd course, main course to us Brits, what we should be ordering. We asked how large the portions were and the charming waiter told us normal. Normal they are not! Huge is a better description. The food was really, really good. My husband had fish soup and it was an enormous platter of every type of fish you can imagine, including a large whole fish with head! He was full up after this alone. I had tuna in sesame seeds, with melon and balsamic. Delicious. Not cooked rare though but delicious and huge. We then went for mixed grilled fish and seafood with tomatoes and pasta. Again, huge but what wonderful flavours and quality. It also does brilliant pizzas which many of the local families were ordering especial for their children. Altogether highly recommended but my tip. For two, order one dish of each course perhaps to share.Dear wheresmyphoneThank you Very muchfor your beatiful words.RegardsDonna Elettra

The restaurant is actually in Cocumola. It was difficult to find (the address was not in our GPS system and there were many one-way streets and construction), but once we did it was well worth it. Large place, strange decor, but the pizza was exactly right for us. Service was friendly and quick (actually the place was empty when we arrived - we were the first guests as it was 20:30 and the weather wasn't great). They had all the regular offerings, but we decided we only wanted pizza that evening. Thin, crispy crust, tasty toppings. Nothing we didn't like about this pizza. Prices ranged 4 to 6 euros per pizza. If there was anything to note, was the bottle of rose was 14 euros which was a bit on the high side here. Otherwise, we will definitely return for pizza again.

We were staying in Casamassella for two nights and we had dinner in this restaurant on both nights. The food is excellent you will not taste a better pizza anywhere in Puglia. The staff are friendly and even though they don't speak English they still try and help as much as possible.

L'Osteria dei Giusti è un ristorante pizzeria. Oltre alla pizza cucinata nel forno a legna, proponiamo una vasta carrellata di carne di Martina Franca cucinata nel "fornello" il tipico forno in pietra martinese.
Me and my family had several dinners at the restaurant during our stay at Casamassella. The restaurant serves very tasty food. The kids loved the pizza. Me and my wife enjoyed the starters and the grilled meat. The house wine was very tasty. The staff were polite and very helpful.

2 young waitresses were more interested in watching TV rather than attending to the customers needs!

We were staying at Masseria Gattamora and fancied a change from eating there. This place is just over 5 minutes away. This is a bar with a separate restaurant area and was very busy and buzzing. The house red wine was by the carafe and was cheap and lovely. They did some nice rosso beer, a change from the Italian lagers. We had an antipasto buffet at 5 euros a head, it had a great range of different vegetables. We didnât try them but the pizzas looked interesting, they sell them by the metre!!thank you so much Zappafanman!
