Saturday evening birthday treat for my husband. Warm welcome as usual. This restaurant never disappoints! We had a table for four and we ordered the garlic bread and olives to share as a starter. Then we all ordered steaks one filetto funghi, two filetto Gorgonzola and one more which I canât remember the name of but all the steaks came cooked perfectly to each individualâs liking. The steak was soft and tender. The sauces creamy and rich. The sauces can be separate if requested. The sides of mixed vegetables, sautéed potatoes and salad were delicious. Everyone cleared their plates. We ordered tiramisu for dessert which is home made. My husbands came to the table decorated with a happy birthday message and a candle even though I had not requested it, which was a nice touch. As regulars at this restaurant I can honestly say the food whatever you order is exactly the same quality and presentation on each occasion a clear sign of the high standards expected from the kitchen. Highly recommend a visit here if you would like a quality experience. Wine can be ordered by the glass or bottle and larger is on tap. We really enjoyed the evening.

I didn't plan to stop there for dinner but have no regrets at all. The food was delicious, from starters to desserts. The garlic bread is the best I ever tried, not too heavy and with a nice strong garlic flavour, I should have ordered two of them! Pasta were good, I tried carbonara and the casarecce Siciliana, they were both very tasty. The amaretto creme brûlée was perfect to end that dinner, served with delicious small doughnuts. There is a meal deal on Sunday and Monday where you can get a bottle of wine if you order two 2-course meals (any starter + any main or any main + any starter), so we enjoyed a nice bottle of red wine with our meal (choice of red or wine). Definitely a place to try around Burton upon Trent.

We visited bella tonight to celebrate 2 family birthdays and i just want to say how amazing our whole experience was at bella! I booked quite late and asked if they could put some balloons on the table , we arrived at the table and was lovely to see that Jack had made the table lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for Jack and his team, even though the place was packed! they were non stop giving the customers excellent service with a smile!The atmosphere is great, with good music playing in the background and the place was spotless! There was no mess left on tables and tables were cleaned straight away. I would say this is the best Customer service we have had! Well done jack you and your team are a credit to bella Italia! See you again soon!

Visited Burtonâs Frankie&Bennyâs Tuesday 17th September with a friend. Our waitress Annette was delightful. So friendly,attentive and knowledgable about the menu. The food arrived quite quickly and was hot and tasty. The dessert lemon meringue bomb was amazing! Will definately return soon..

We were looking for somewhere local but where we had never been before. Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly chap who showed us to our table and took our drinks order. We then ordered our breakfast which was a smoked haddock with poached eggs and spinach along with hollandaise sauce, for which I must say was absolutely delicious and super healthy way to start the day. My husband however had the full English breakfast with four slices of granary bread. Also my husband found really tasty. Hopefully be back for breakfast along with trying dinner.Thank you for the excellent service and breakfast!
