Reviews on Pizza food in Tirol, Austrian Alps, Austria. Once known as The Land of the Mountains, the 10,000-square-mile province of Tirol is a wonderland of gushing rivers, lush meadows and rugged peaks. Fantastic hiking trails wind along paths through the Zillertal Alps. Famed resort towns confetti the mountainsides, including Kitzbühel, St. Anton, Ischgl and Seefeld, site of some events in the 1964 and 1976 Winter Games. Compact capital Innsbruck is a medieval gem. The Tirolean identity is strong: Expect to see lederhosen and feathered hats.

Authentic south italian atmospehere, romantic, fresh fish 3 times a week, best pizza in town (locals say), friendly service.
We were staying close to this restaurant and decided last minute to eat here, based on the menu we saw outside. It was extremely busy and they managed to fit us in which was amazing. We waited about ten minutes for a table, which was no problem. The service was lovely, the food incredible, we had a lovely small table at the back and didn't feel rushed or as if we were waiting long for food, they were very attentive making sure we had drinks. It was lovely Italian food in Austria and we would definitely go back.

I would come back to Ellmau just to have pizza at this place! We went in to the restaurant not necessarily wanting pizza, but we had no choice on this occasion as it was all they were serving. A bit disappointing, but also maybe a blessing as the pizza was amazing! I had the picante, which I can totally recommend. Reasonable prices too. Canât complain.

Arrived in Innsbruck late afternoon, half an hour of shopping, walking through town, in the cold with the kids, looked at Tripadvisor, found Da Rocca and âBoomâ: fantastic food, low key, friendly, family type service, nice wine (and beer), kids happy......85 Eur. Best value restaurant in the world!!!!

We had great pizza here, frankly huge and there was enough to take home for breakfast. Very friendly service and busy, apparently with locals as everyone knew each other.2 G&T, 2 pizza, 1 salad, wine â¬45

The Restaurant Montana is one of the most popular meeting points in the village, not only for guests of our hotel. We donât know whether thatâs due to the excellent cuisine, the stylish-cosy ambiance or the warm service. But probably itâs the combination
My family and I had dinner here once and took pizza home once. The restaurant is nice and modern with nice decorations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. According to the rating this restaurant should be quite good but we were a bit disappointed. The dishes didn't live up to expectations. My pasta dish with crayfish tails were a bit dry and tasteless and the tails were very small and seemed to have come out of a jar. For dessert we ordered Tiramisu which was a bit tasteless. Judging by the review here at TripAdvisor I had expected more.
