This restaurant is located in the neighborhood of Cuernavaca's cathedral (presently closed for post-earthquake repairs) and the Robert Brady Museum. It's one of a relatively few places where you can have a fine dining experience in the evening, as most Mexicans eat their main meal in the early afternoon. Our party was delighted with the wide variety of offerings which include pastas, pizzas and entrees. The Marco Polo pizza was shared by two of us, and had all the major food groups except chocolate. Spinch lasagne was proclaimed excellent the the medallions of beef ala gorgonzola was another great choice. We did try a piece of chocolate cake for dessert, and found it a little dry. There is a good international selection of wines, some at quite moderate prices. This is a place where you can have a wonderful meal without breaking the bank.

Armando´s is probably my favourite place to eat in Cuernavaca. The pizzas are always excellent, the pasta also very good, and they have my favourite dessert - tiramisu. Tinto de Verano is a wine and cheese, beer and other beverage located in Cuernavaca 's downtown. It has a unique balcony, terrace. Olives, pizzetas and goat cheese sandwiches. The atmosphere is unique and the house hold´s architechture too.

Great bar with a cool vibe. As an Italian I can approve the pizza and wine. They come with tasty cheeses and exciting extra salsas. The wine has to be the best I had in Mexico. The owner also knows his Mezcals and kindly let us taste some. This is also a nice place to simply enjoy a beer as it overlooks the hip biergarten of Cuernavaca. I cannot imagine anyone having a bad time here.

Went for a change from eating Mexican dishes most night plus good TA reviews. Small corner location on a busy thoroughfare. Decent table seating, friendly staff (no English). An appie of bread (a bit doughy) with 3 dipping sauces arrived after being seated. Ordered a Balsamic salad (mostly greens but fresh), and a Margherita pizza, both to share. The pizza dough was too salty and a bit chewy (we prefer a crisp thinner crust). The cheese on the pizza was ample and had lots of fresh basel. The music videos on the big TV were too loud at times. Washroom clean, credit cards accepted. We are not usual eaters of pizza in Mexico so you may find the offerings at Rioni more to your taste.
