1st time and last. My wife and I ordered the special ... OMG! It tasted like Velvetta and was doused with Jalapeno pepper rings. Terrible taste overwhelmed with blistering hot aftertaste. Now I like spicy food, but this was much. And, since when does an Italian recipe use Jalapenos ... if I wanted TexMex I would of when somewhere else. My wife could not take more than 2 or three bites, and discussed with waitress ... sorry, next time try Lasagna. No reduction to bill = thanks I will NOT have another. Very disappointed!

The beer selection is EXCELLENT! Good choices of a wide variety of good beers.The pizza was also much better than I expected.The service was friendly and prompt, and the customers in the restaurant were also friendly. I really like the older brick building interior. Iâll go back for sure

I believe they must be under new management because I received a bad experience in 2014 also. However, we tried them again this year because Pizza Hut is getting pickier about the coupons they accept. We use online ordering and can get a large 3 topping for $7.99 Monday - Thursday. Very convenient as well as using their drive thru to pick it up. Pizza is great. Definitely improved.

Was visiting friends in Sylacauga, so I called ahead and ordered 2 Teriyaki Wings and a thin crust pepperoni. The staff was very nice and the order was ready when I got there 10 minutes later. My hats off to them

The manager, was an African American gentlemen, he came over to our table and asked if everything was to our standards. A younger couple caused a scene in the restaurant with our server who was nothing but sweet to us. They were short staffed and busy but she was working her hardest and they didn't see that. And they were aggravated because they had to pay for two buffets when she was trying to just share with her boyfriend or something. Our server handled the situation great. Rude trashy people treating her like crap and she didn't let it get to her. I have to say this Pizza Hut is best by far I've ever been to!
