The location is over looked due to the ice cream and candy shops.The pizza is great, thin crispy, plenty of toppings. The salads are plentiful. The fresh made cannolies are made with real ricotta cheese. The shells are filled at time of order!The prices are fair given quality and quantity.Very friendly,family owned and operatedsomewhat small but very quaint.Expanding menue in October, to larger pizzas.Will not be a wasted trip!!!Thank you all for coming to see us. We also greatly appreciate your sharing your experiences with folks that havenât been here yet. Hurry back!

Apparently new personnel!Donna made the visit and food top of the line.The Spangle Blt excellent, the Casa Phillie, very good!Pizza was excellent.Donna went to lower level to check on dark beer and subsequently retrieve retrieve, Iron Skillet beer!Donna ability and desire to make customers welcome as well as appreciated, will make customer visits welcome!!!Only her third day, she will keep customers coming in!!!

We absolutely love trying different pizza restaurants when we travel. Checked in to our condo and left immediately for Pappoâs .Itâs Monday evening 6:30 pm. There were families with young children, couples and groups. A packed house. Found two seats at the bar. Ordered a chicken Caesar pizza on thin crust. Weâll check this off as the best pizza yet. The service was great. The restaurant is very clean. The quality was exceptional and the price reasonable.Betty4697, Thank you so much for this review! We decided to give this place a second chance since we were just leaving the show, so we thought a pizza sounded good. My hubbie ordered a Chivas on the rocks to start with, and I had a glass of wine. The thin crust pizza was ok, but there are much better places around the lake. But since this is about all they have on this side of the lake, you don't have too many options for pizza. The Chivas was a tiny little glass the size of a baby juice glass with about two sips in it. The price for such a drink was $5...then they charged an extra $2 prep charge for the ice!!! Really...I could have given him my free ice in my ice water and saved a few bucks. We asked the waitress and she just danced around the question as to why they charge for ice in your drink...Look...if you want to charge $7 for a thimble of booze, just say so...that was the last time we will come here...to me that is dishonest folks...be up front..it goes a long way...Mangia has great pizza and they deliver...

Came here after hearing good things about the pizza and we were not disappointed. Both couples ordered the All-American with hand-tossed crust (not a fan of thin crust). We added artichoke hearts to ours and the result was outstanding! It took awhile to get it, but when it arrived, the crust was done perfectly and the taste was amazing. I couldn't believ how much of our 14 incher we had wolfed down, but we still had plenty to take home. Not sure why it took so long to get our order because the place was practically empty, but someone came around to make sure our glasses remained full. Even though it's a bit out of the way for us to get here, we will be back.

We were on vacation in August, for my birthday. We wanted pizza or Italian food. Found this great place. The view is spectacular of the lake. We decided on the pizza, and it was the BEST pizza I have ever tasted. The crust is unbelievable. The toppings were delicious. It was mouth-watering good. Also had the Caesar Salad. It was the best salad I've ever had at an Italian restaurant. I have been to a lot of Italian restaurants.

We met here with a group of 16 friends for dinner and the management did a great job giving us tables that were perfect. Our waitress did a great job keeping all the orders straight and we received our food in a timely manner. Everyone was very happy with what they had ordered. It was a first time visit for all our friends and they were all very impressed. I had the BLT which was very good. A great place to dine!

For our family reunions we order several pizza's for the first night to make it easy as people arrive at different times. We picked Papa Chubby's to help us out this year. 7 different pizzas including one gluten free were called in mid afternoon while we were still all on the road. Sometimes this can be risky hoping they will get it right & be timely on availability. Papa Chubby's hit it out of the park. On time, priced reasonably, got each one right and they were fantastic!
