Sometimes takeout pizza is the only correct answer. It proved to be a great decision when we returned from a busy day visiting the US Open golf at Pebble Beach and stopped in at Pizza My Heart. After a short wait for the cooks to work their magic, we were on our way home with the mind blowing goodness of a Watsonville Apple and the genius of a Cowell's Combo. Great prices, fresh ingredients and super friendly staff made for a winning combination and a reminder of the simple pleasures of a modern life.

A second site of Pleasure Pizza in Santa Cruz, now offering a fuller menu rather than just pizza by the slice.
They recently renovated East Side Eatery, but it has the same menu. I came here today for happy hour where some appetizers are less expensive than others. I really like their pizza, salads and breakfast too. I normally always order the vegetables and ranch dressing because it offsets my other carb choices. I like the overall look of this place. The pub tables gives it a whole new look. I've never eaten out on the patio, but it's always busy out there.
Michael's Pizza has been a local favorite since 1986. We serve pizza, pasta, homemade bread, salads and meatballs. Beer and wine is available.
Good food...both pizza and pasta. Service could be better, but overall nice family run business. At one time they were located in Aptos in the Rancho del Mar Shopping Center. They're is another pizza shop there now. Easy to go food, by the slice or whole pie. Worth a stop.
Had pizza delivered to our hotel round and but it on our credit card and by morning someone has charged over $500 on our account. Found out the next morning when the fraud department from Visa contacted us.
365 days a year we mix and roll fresh dough from scratch. Our bold marinara sauce is from an age old recipe that requires a unique blend of herbs and spices. The quality meats we choose are specifically selected, based on taste, from a variety of vendors.
I preferred a burger, and my family ordered pizza. My burger was fantastic. The pizza was ok. We also ordered the salad bar which was pretty good. Lots of employees, very friendly. Not that busy, and was dirty. Especially behind the counter and lobby area. Stay off your cell phone and pick up a broom and sweep your floors, and wipe your tables down.

Just returned to Lago di Como after a few months. It's tremendous. We had the Caesar Salad and a variety of entrees and everyone enjoy his/her meal. I had one of their special chicken dishes with a chicken breast on polenta, with mushrooms, and it was so damned tasty. It made me understand what flavors a sophisticated chef can blend to make an unbelievable dinner. Other entrees were similarly delicious. We had ice cream with espresso for desert, and that was also lovely. The prices, despite our thirst for wine, were very reasonable. I have to say that as much as I like the competition, this is the best Italian in Santa Cruz.

Ppl visiting S'Cruz you must try the New York style pizza at Pizza My Heart! I would stop towards the end of 41rst Ave right before you jump on the freeway to head out of town.I cannot keep myself from always ordering the combo. It has evry good delicious meat on it...& the crust is thin & perfect. My son does not leave S'Cruz until he hits it on the way back to LA.It was voted the best pizza I think 2009. The only time a pizza won best award outside of Italy EVER!!! Great fast service & the place is always clean. Plenty of parking!

I have tried several Santa Cruz pizza establishments through the years but always come back to Pizza My Heart. Why? Because it's the best. Its dough and toppings are always fresh and tasty. You can build your own or order from a large array for pizzas cleverly named for local attractions. There is a vegetarian menu also. Pizzas are not cheap but you get what you pay for.
