Just passing thru Smithers, and after a 12 hour drive, checked online for pizza. This appeared to be the only non-franchise joint in town. The girl on the phone put me on hold 3 times, took my order, and then informed me there was a delivery charge (YP ad said free delivery). The pizza, when it arrived (15 minutes late) was a thin, overcooked crust, dripping sauce and grease, and sparse toppings. If I'm ever back in Smithers, Ill avoid this place like the plague.

I went in on a Thursday night. Pretty quiet. I checked out the menu and waited but no server for another 5 minutes. It was that way the rest of the night with the server being absent for whatever reason. She wasn't visible in the restaurant. No different with the table next to mine. Great vegetarian and vegan pizza options, including meatless pepperoni which is something I've never seen at any pizza place! I also like that they have a multigrain crust option (regular or thin crust) and that they allow you to customize pizzas any way you like. I wasn't expecting much from the side salad we ordered but the greek salad was surprisingly good. It was very easy to order online and then pick it up. I will definitely return to this Panago location.
