Rang to order pizzas to be delivered at 12.00 for a staff lunch. Pizzas arrived on time. When we opened the pizzas about five minutes later they were burnt and did not look appetizing at all. I decided to phone Eagle Boys Chancellor Park. A lovely bloke , PHIL, answered the phone. I explained to him our Pizzas were burnt. His reply, was something like "i don't know how that could happen the oven is on a timer". I repeated, 'well they are burnt'. He told me they could make some more BUT it would take over an hour because he had other pizzas to make and deliver'. I told him our lunch would be well over by then (we have half hour lunch). He then told me 'well you ordered, thin and crispy base'. I said 'yes I did, but I did not order 'thin and crispy and black'. he asked if we wanted him to re make them, and again said it would be over an hour. I told him 'no thanks because our lunch break will be well over by then'. He didn't apologise or seem concerned that his store had delivered a sub standard product. THEN we tasted the pizzas, yes they tasted burnt as well and were quite rubbery and tough, (Not thin and crispy) in the base. Seemed like they might have made them when we ordered at 11am, left them sitting out, reheated them before delivery. IN THE BIN they went. We have ordered pizzas there before and not had an issue. BUT will go elsewhere now.

Always consistent with their pizzas. The veggie sensation is amazing. Close to home, so great for a Saturday night-in to watch a good movie.

Overall a good experience. Our waiter was attentive who had only just started in the last week. He took our orders promptly and ordered and returned our drinks quickly.The key highlight was the food with generous portions, a good mixture of ingredients which added to the flavour.

Weâve been takeaway customers here for a while, but decided to dine in as a one off. We were seated at a table outside, the waitress assumed we were under 18 (we are 23&25) and removed our wine glasses from the table and offered us soft drinks. They then came back 10 minutes later and asked us to leave the table as they had booked it for someone else. Great for takeaway - wouldnât recommend eating in, we will not be eating here again.Hi Jayman96I do apologize for you being seated, that shouldnât have happened as we were booked out. Unfortunately one of our girls thought we had a spare table. She was just mortified having to tell you it was booked.We are human and sometimes mistakes are made. As for taking wine glasses away , it had nothing to do with your age. We are a BYO restaurant and if you donât bring wine , which you did not have. The glasses are removed. We then offer you want we have, which is soft drink . Yours sincerely Bev
