Fuimos un poco de rebote, puesto que es un local que anteriormente los negocios no habian funcionado demasiado...esperemos que Can Gaetano consiga asentarseSolo comimos unas pizzas, y la verdad que estuvieron muy muy buenas. Y la relacion calidad precio inmejorableNos fuimos con ganas de volver y probar la pasta fresca que nos dijo el camarero que hacen ellos cada dia....asi que repetiremos!!!

We wanted to choose this Restaurant because of the closeness to our finca and the pics and comments from guests. The dissapointment regards a table reservation is great. I have written 2 mails - no answer after 4 Weeks. One Tel. call in which they say I have to call again a week before the date of reservation. I wrote and called because we are 10people to make sure we get a table. Finally after 4 Weeks of no reply a very arrogant reply in which I have been told that they dont reply on e-mails only via Telephone but wouldnt take a telephone reservation 4 weeks ahead??? It really seems to me that they had made already enough money 2019 and no need for further guests. So unprofessional in times where e-mail is standard.Como ya te contestamos la última vez, sólo reservamos via telefónica y en horario abierto. Siento que no le guste nuestra forma de trabajar pero llevamos más de 15 años trabajando asà y nos funciona a la perfección!Suerte!

Fue un desastre. Para empezar no encontrábamos el sitio porque el letrero de afuera tiene otro nombre, con lo cual te equivocas. El local deja mucho que desear, necesita una buena reforma, el servicio lento y el único camarero que habÃa para toda la sala y la terraza iba más que estresado. La comida muy normal tirando a mal..., unos nachos raquÃticos, cuatro triángulos de maÃz de Mercadona con un poco de queso por encima y ni una sola salsa para mojar, ni tomate ni guacamole ni nada de nada.... las pizzas muy normales, tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para tres pizzas, tanto que incluso los niños se durmieron encima de la mesa y cuando llegaron una de ellas estaba mal, no era como la habÃamos pedido. No nos quisimos arriesgar a pedir postre visto el panorama. Luego nos comentaron que hacÃa relativamente poco que el local habÃa cambiado de dueño...tal vez es mejor hacer los preparativos para una buena apertura que abrir en estas condiciones, con un horno pequeñÃsimo que no te da para hacer más de cuatro pizzas a la vez...., poca visión empresarial desde luego y una cocina con muchas mejoras por hacer... supongo que se salvará por la terraza y por la llegada del verano, pero desde luego para comer italiano en condiciones, mejor elegir otro sitio...

Needed a takeaway on our first night, picked Tajer D'Oro as we were driving past. Pizza was excellent, great flavour and great crispy base. The owner was delightful and extremely patient with our complete lack of any Spanish.Returned another two times during the holiday and found the pasta was as good as the pizza. Absolute gem, only wish I lived close to visit regularly.

Great little restaurant in central Sta Maria Del Cami , best home made pizzas for miles around and great selection of good cold beers , staff are polite and attentive all in all a good dining experience .

Some unusual mains and quality and quantity good for the pastas. Often find the pastas are minimal so avoid them as a norm but not here, both good quantity and quality. Can recommend the squid and tagliatelle cooked in squid ink. Said there were some unusual.

The restaurant area has many faux Italian features, but not distasteful. The Food on the menu del dia was lovely, we had some surprisingly authentic Italian food. The restaurant is away from the main stretch through Sta Maria, on the smaller square. However it's the better square with plenty of parking. If you have children the square has an excellent children's play area.The inside is well presented with a waterfall in the window and decent menu. We regretted not having the tiramisu in a restaurant which must have good Italian chefs.

We went to El Castillo on opening night. Really enjoyed the ambiance. It is a tastefully setup restaurant, with great care for detail. Also the food and staff all wonderful. We really enjoyed it. Also the fact they try and do everything to limit the environmental impact is worth mentioning.
