This small deli-style party store has an amazing range of pannini and ciabatta-style sandwiches, pasta dishes, chicken and fish, and excellent pizza all to-go.. Depending on the day there may also be fresh bread and/or baked goods. They will make party-sized subs to order as well as providing other catering items. It is family-run by the parents and two sons who are most pleasant and anxious to provide customers with a reason to return. There is a good selection of beer, moderately priced wines, and the "emergency" supplies one might need.
I've really only have eaten their regular pizza and their gluten-free pizza. The gf pizza is very good compared to -well no other places around here. People must remember that their main ingredient in regular pizza is flour so nothing here will be 100% gf. For me that is ok as I am not severely allergic to gluten-just can't eat much at all. Their regular pizza is WONDERFUL. I have indeed eaten them and wish that I could do so each and every time. It is one of the best pizzas around all of s.e. Michigan.
My husband and I had lunch....nothing to brag about. We like to support local places and tried this one. Service was ok but food was less than mediocre. Price for lunch was average cost. No reason to return.
I had heard some really good things about Sorrento so I ordered an extra large âGeneralâ , last night. The pizza looked great but i couldnât figure out why it didnât have much taste, until one of my guests pointed out that there was barely any tomato sauce on it. They used good ingredients but unfortunately, the result was mediocre at best. Sorry, but there are too many good pizza places in the area to settle for average
Ordered online- delivery guy apparently called my phone and since I did not answer cancelled my order- NO message was left that they were trying to call me. On my end I donât answer calls from just anyone it did not say hungry Howies in the caller ID it was a call from a number in Birmingham and at the very least a message should have been left!!- initially when I first called I was cut off and hung up on several times before I could even place my order- So I ordered online and wanted to pay cash. An hour and a half later I call and the guy and asked what going on and in the back ground a guy said just hang up on her she was going to pay cash so the pizzas not paid for. Just hang up-and the next thing they just slammed the phone down OMG what?!!!!! I wasnât even angry at that point until he hung up on me- I tried calling back and they kept hanging up !!!! They were childish enough to hang up but not man enough to take my call? I cannot believe that this guy thinks itâs okay to treat someone that way. I would have driven down there but I was Recovering from an injury and unable-This is absolutely insane I own a business in Romeo and could not believe this treatment- I am furious-Iâve sent a email to corporate weâll see if I get a response- I would like contact information for owners-

It all starts with the dough â made fresh here daily. We stretch it out and hand toss it and then it's on to the building station. We add our homemade red sauce along with fresh toppings like green peppers, mushrooms, onions, basil that we get from Detroi
From the looks of this place it was promising. I have to say that the ingredients were very good however, the dough had plenty to be desired. The dough was undercooked and appeared it lacked enough sugar to brown and have any texture. Although it did not appear to be, it had very little "browning" on the bottom and was soggy.
Jet's is the only pizza we get delivered or carry out, because it is that good. Monthly standby for pizza night. No substitute for great pizza, and this one will deliver to my house , A++

Went with a couple of friends to this small, but very good, family owned restaurant for lunch. Inside was very plain and clean. The menu selection was good and the service spot on! We were surprised to find out Italian and Polish home made dishes on the menu. The daily specials, were good, too. We had coffee, tea, bread and butter. We ordered the chicken parmesan with pasta, the two Fried chicken (actually pork skewers) with green beans, potatoes and gravy. The food looked and tasted very good. Glad we stopped in!

Love stopping by for a "quick and ready" pizza -- or you can call ahead and they will substitute the pepperoni for something else. Always hot. Consistently good.

Stopped in during the week for lunch with a friend. There are two sides, one with a bar and one without. The staff was very cordial and prompt. From the main menu, we ordered a salmon dinner, and a perch lunch dinner. they came with two sides, bread and butter, and were very good. There is a good selection of drinks, beer, and soft drinks. Golly, good food, prices, and service!Thank you for the kind words and review. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you again very soon!
