Fresh ingredients with local style!I was impressed by the selection of options: cold and hot subs, real Italian entrees, calzones, wraps and more! (Excellent customer service is here!)Clean place with travel photography by the friendly owner. The gourmet pizzas are great -they sell by slice and pie.

I had ordered pizza from Renato's on the recommendation of one of the people I work with for a party and I found the pizza to be wonderful, the service to be excellent and very accommodating and the food to be overall great. We ordered two Grandma pies, a sausage and a plain pizza for the party with soda and salads for all of my guests. I placed the order the day before to make sure we had it on time and the delivery guy whom I met the day before when I placed the order was there on time with the order. They did forget the sodas but he ran back and got them. The party was a big success! The Grandma pies were wonderful. Large square tomato pies as they are called in South Jersey with an excellent, flavorful sauce with chunky tomatoes and lots of cheese. The regular pies were just as good as well. The sausage was well-spiced and there was plenty on the pizza. The salad I ordered as well was fresh and crisp but not very exciting. It was iceberg lettece with cello tomatoes. Good for the season but good enough with pizza.Their delivery was excellent and the guy was there on a timely basis. Overall, I was very happy working with the restaurant and told the owner that day how much I enjoyed it. A pleasure to work with for catering.

They make fantastic pizzas here. In my review from a couple of years ago I detail all of their efforts to make them authentic, and their efforts pay off. The pizza crust is bubbly with the right balance of chewy to crispy texture. Their toppings are simple yet spectacular. This last time I got a pistachio pesto pizza with cheese and sausage. Super yummy. Thankfully we were here when they werenât that busy, so we didnât experience the crowded feeling you can encounter here. I just wish it were a more comfortable setting. The tables and chairs are just not warm and inviting and while the high ceilings and windows give it an airy feel it always also feels kind of cold to me. Service was friendly and attentive.

The basic pizza with the mozzarella is worth a stop. Neopolitan style means itâs not as thin or an large as a true New York style pizza slice, but hey itâs in New Jersey. Get the mozzarella sticks.

We celebrated my daughters birthday on a Wednesday night. We sat outside on a beautiful evening in May and waited 10 minutes at 7:30.The menu is not extensive but quality apps, salads, pizza and pastas. We started with the shrimp gamberi, salad, and grilled octopus special. The grilled octopus was excellent. For entrees, we had pizza, tagliatelle and orchiette pastas. The pastas were very tasty with nice additions like sausage and truffles. My only regret was it didnât know it was a BYOB and I was too lazy to walk a few blocks to the wine store. Next time.
