After a day on beach Fantasia is great not pretentious good food pleasant staff .. one word make your pizzas smaller for kids very rarely finish them

Pre booked table for 8pm, they lost the booking. Told to wait in bar and eventually shown to table. Ordered and waited well after 9pm for food. 1 meal was stone cold and had to be returned to kitchen so meal not eaten together. Quality of food good although portion size small, service appalling. Do not go here!!

Really disappointed in this restaurant, just arrived, looks great welcoming staff - pretty good menu too. Problem is despite asking several times while ordering the waiter still made a mess of it; starters instead of mains, wrong dishes and dishes ordered not arriving. Wouldnât have minded but we were the only one of two tables in for lunch. Worst of all though they overlooked the carbonara - scrambled eggs, we had to complain but should never be served in the first place. Then, cheeky bugger tried to charge us. Been here a few days now and lots of better restaurants around.Hello C88PER,Thank you very much for your visit and review. We are very sorry for the mistake about your starters, unfortunately it can happen. As for the carbonara we make it the way we prepare it in Italy. Perhaps not the most exciting place but itâs good food for a fair price. The menu is Italian-ish with lots of pizza and pasta dishes plus a Portuguese twist. Like the pizza with roast beef and mustard, not very Italian but it was quite tasty. The pizza base is good. Not sure the pasta was home made but the pesto seemed to be, it was a bit bland. Bruschetta for starters were surprisingly good. The service was slow and kind. Not worth a drive but if you find yourself in the neighbourhood craving pizza itâs a good place to go to.

This is a good and interesting place to dine in. The staff are most pleasant and welcoming. The wine list is adequate and reasonably priced. The background music is uninteresting and forgettable!The food menu is limited and dated. Though in fairness if you choose the right dish you will not be disappointed.Such a lovely setting and place deserves to do well - a bit of imagination and change of menu presentation would not go astray.Loved the âbirdâ in the corner - interesting touch!
