Pleasant atmosphere, convenient parking in rear in center of downtown Potsdam, good service and crowded. So enough people love or like Sergi's. We didn't. Baked ziti entrees were humungous - enough to feed four people. But they lacked flavor and were covered with a thick layer of salty tasteless cheese. Dinner rolls were cold as if they just got done being defrosted. Pizza was swimming with the same cheese, and drooped badly from its greasiness. Not our kind of pizza. Meatball sandwich was OK - placed on focaccia bread that was way better than either the dinner rolls or pizza. You may enjoy eating here and you may not.

We went here for dinner and had a great time. Our waitress was extremely nice and a lot of fun. The food was great, it was nice to have a good meal after long travels. If your in Potsdam, stop by and enjoy some nice food.

I cannot believe that after such a delicious meal with our entertaining waiter(Matt) that I could not finish it with a rich cup of espresso! Lasagna was delicious and so was the eggplant parmigiana. Mr Owner, you need to invest in a good espresso machine!

I think anyone who frequents Pizza Hut over the local pizzerias is either using a coupon or gift card. Typical Pizza Hut with salad bar. Lackluster service, campy environment, not the cleanest. My last couple visits left me feeling ill. I'm sure due to cleaning agents they use for the salad bar.

Many years ago, as a much younger man living out West, I loved Domino's... great pizza on a budget. As my tastes matured, I drifted away from Domino's. Not too long ago, I picked up some pies to go from the local Domino's here in Potsdam (right next to the Ponderosa) and was pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality.Domino's offers a wide selection of topping (and they are generous with them), have seasoned their dough a bit more, and always seem to be offering some sort of good deal (coupon or special). I was impressed with the flavor and amount of toppings.
