The receptionist at my hostel recommended this place to me, and I am sure I will be going back. I ordered a personal pizza for 25bs, and it was really good & a decent size; I ended up taking half of it with me. The server was really friendly and helpful too, definitely recommend it.
I had already given up finding a decent restaurant in Potosi, because there are not many and most do not look good, when I decided to enter this one. I ordered a classical prosciutto and funghi pizza and a lemonade and both were unexpectedly really good. Well it wasn't a fine and crusty Italian pizza but for a pizza made 4000m over sea level it was very tasty. The dough was homemade and the ingredients had a nice taste. The service was simple and friendly, the restaurant is run by a family so it's not the fastest but the food is good and that's the most important thing.

I would recommend this restaurant for the experience, not for the food: we walked in and were seated by the owner, who also took our order a short while later. The printed menu is extensive, promising Italian, Mexican, and local dishes, but not much is actually available. After we ordered (soup of the day and grilled chicken - keep it simple!), the owner disappeared to the back to actually prepare the meal, leaving his 12 year old daughter to serve us and the other party that was in the restaurant, while she also cared for her younger siblings and tried to do her homework. It took forever to get our food, which was the mediocre. We had a good laugh watching our neighbors at the other table try to order Italian food (seriously - just don't do that in Potosì), and were moved by the girl who juggled her homework, her siblings and her work at the tables. If your children always complain about TV, video games, iPhones, WiFi and whatever other first world problems they may have, it might be a good idea to take them to this restaurant for its educational value. As far as the food goes, bring low expectations and a sense of humor. The restaurant has WiFi, by the way.
