Ordered pizza for our vacation crew - 15 pizzas. They were ready within 45 minutes. Very nice staff, very good pizza. I recommend this place!

We had, had a long day out so decided to stop here and grab a pizza to take back. The good is that the pizza's were all cooked in front of you, tasted good & were all pretty good value. The bad is that they only took cash payments, no card. (Come on, this is the modern world) & the guy prepping the pizza had no gloves on & I had witnessed other staff members smoking outside. (I hope they wash their hands!)If you need food on the run then it's well worth the visit.

The terrace of âLâAmandellaâ is protected from the heat of the sun during the day, and its charming setting makes it the perfect spot for a meal or a drink. Come and try our imaginative cuisine: mixed grilled fish, Corsican platter, etc. âLâAmandellaâ res
We ended up in this restaurant by coincidence rather late one evening. The place successfully mixes modern and traditional styles, creating a very cozy and romantic atmosphere.Originally wishing to eat pizza we changed our mind when we were told that they would not be mad with mozzarella - fortunately, I have to say, because the place is too good to just eat pizza! The waiter informed us that they have a small menu that changes on a regular basis because they aspire to use 'only fresh and local ingredients'. We first thought that this was the usual BS everyone says they do, but once the loup de Bonifacio was served, we realised that it might actually be true in this case. The first evening we ate there, the fish was perfectly prepared and the vegetables were delicious. We told the chef that the food was better than we had eaten at the most expensive place in the area, and returned for a second time. Unfortunately the quality of the fish dish was not as good at the second try - perhaps because it was a busier evening - but the home-made smoked salmon we had as a starter was fantastic. The service was excellent, but I did have the impression that it helped that we were Francophone. All in all, a lovely little restaurant that comes very much recommended.Do note:- They don't accept payment by credit or debit card. Only cash is accepted.- The pizzas are not proper Italian; they are made with the ubiquitous emmental-mozzarella-mix they use in Corsica.- Mosquitoes are a reality. Dress accordingly or use repellent if you eat there in the evening.

Owned by a very welcoming owner with both inside eating and spacious outside area.Good quality tasty pizzas at very good prices....12 euros. More expensive meat and fish options. Our order "disappeared", so had quite a long wait to be served. However this was soon sorted,as well as a digestif on the house as recompense.Recommended

This restaurant is a short drive from Porto Vecchio but it's worth the journey. First impression was that it was a bit disorganised, but this proved not to be the case. Staff spoke enough English to get the meal orders right, and service was attentive and friendly. Pizzas seemed popular but my choice of' 'brochettes de poulet' was delicious.Don't expect too much formality, but we went twice in a week and enjoyed it both times. Prices were a little lower than in the port.

My friend and I spent several hours hiking in the baking sun only to emerge from the forest and be faced with this wonderful oasis. We had a delicious lunch of local Corsican food (wild boar tagliatelle, bean and sausage stew, tiramisu) while enjoying the spectacular view, fresh breeze and friendly service. Highly recommended!PS As we were staying in the Airbnb on-site we also ate dinner here. Pizzas are delicious and a cheaper option (12 euros ish) than the other main courses (20 euro ish).

Small Italian restaurant located in the old town of Porto Vecchio we made fresh homede pasta and various pizza to offer you a bit of Italian taste
My husband and I had planned a visit to Chez Pino for several days during our stay in Porto Vecchio before actually making it there for dinner. Having read some reviews saying that the staff speak no English, we didn't find this to be the case - a little English on the waitress' part and some basic French from us (plus the trusty phrase book) and we got by!My husband had a pizza which he enjoyed and I had the lasagne which was delicious and unusual as it contained aubergine and had several different layers. We sat outside in the covered seating area which was pleasant but unfortunately the plants seemed to trap some of the heat in meaning it was quite a lot hotter than it might have been. The main down side was the number of wasps - clearly an establishment can't control whether or not wasps are in the area but there did seem to be a particularly high number in the outside eating area which did make it a little difficult to relax and enjoy the meal!Overall I would love to return as the food was excellent and it was clearly popular... I would just hope for fewer wasps on that occasion!

We happened upon this little gem walking around the old town. The set up is outdoor dining with old town walls as backdrop. It's super casual with pizza served in the box, but the flavours and service we all excellent! Definitely a hidden treasure and tempted to return before we leave!Thank you for your very nice message hoping to see you before your departureSee you soon

Very friendly, hard working staff, very fast, best pizza after Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Not expensive. You can have beer or non alcoholic beverage along with your pizza. No wine - which was no problem for us. We highly recommend this place!Thank you for your opinion ! We have some corsican wine, you can ask us :)
