The first week open and my second visit to our new restaurant on the West side. Rotolos offers sit down dining or take out. Plenty off staff to handle all customers. Kid friendly and a good selection of pizzas and calzones. A nice addition to our area. Desserts are good but the 2 I've tried we're a little over cooked (cinnabites and the cookie). Several other customers agreed the desserts were over cooked. My new pizza place on the west side. Give Rotolos a visit. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Worst restaurant experience of my life. Just check the other bad reviews. There is a common theme. Food quality has drastically declined. Owner is rude beyond belief. My story can be found posted elsewhere, if interested. Owner rushes to defend against bad online reviews. In my case, he completely made up a new version of what occurred instead of just trying to fix his massive screwup. Not sure if he is just a liar or if it is something more. STAY AWAY from this person and his restaurant.

This is a tucked-away gem. Guess that's why only one other person has reviewed it?We stayed in downtown Baton Rouge, read about the Spanish Town Market in a brochure, and decided to walk over for dinner one evening. It's a little neighborhood hang-out, built in 1914. Well-worn wooden floors, a nostalgic feel, small grocery area in the back, just plain good food, friendly guys behind the counter. This is the kind of place where locals walk in and are on a first-name basis with the owners.We had yummy shrimp po' boys that came with wonderful french fries. (Had hoped for boudin, but they'd sold out much earlier in the day.) If you want a fancy restaurant, this is not it. If you want to meet the folks who live in the area, kick back and relax with some good eats, be sure to stop by.

Red Zeppelin in Baton Rouge serves the best pizza in Baton Rouge!I have tried many other restaurants in BR but none have come near serving the great tasty pizza that Red Zeppelin does.If youâre in the mood for pizza try it!
