Find out what Pizza restaurants to try in Platja d'Aro. Castell-Platja d'Aro is a municipality in the middle of the Costa Brava in Catalonia, Spain. It is formed from two parts: Castell d'Aro is an ancient village built around a medieval castle and a fortified church, 3 km inland on the road from Platja d'Aro to Santa Cristina d'Aro; and Platja d'Aro is a coastal town on the road from Palamós to Sant Feliu de Guíxols which stretches along a large 2 km beach. Originally a small fishing village, Platja d'Aro is now a major coastal resort, popular predominantly with Catalans and villa-owning Northern Europeans.

The perfect place in Tenerife to eat a real paella next to the sea. Amazing views and best sunsets :)
You can eat here for affordable prices, not a luxurious restaurant, but very convenient if you're staying in Politur, because the swimmingpool is just there

Our visit was fine. It is not a top restaurant bit with an average service with good food. The pizzas are very tasty, specially the calabrase and the prosciutto, with very tasty ham! Maybe the staff is a little bit rookie but they do their best. If you are around I think you will not regret eating there.

You'll probably wonder why it tastes like a cracker, now you know. They grab what looks like a tortilla out of a bag, sauce it, throw some cheese and toppings to create a meh.

Went having seen the rating on tripadvisor But found the food sadly lacking and would not reccommend I had a chicken with fries but the chicken was struggling for meat and the fries were horrible My wife had a mushroom tagliatelle pasta but didn't enjoy it as it was dried up and not very tasty Service was ok and sangria was nice

Pizzeria mediterrania des de l'any 1975. A Barcelona (Rambla Catalunya, Plaça Urquinaona i Carrer Corsega), Sitges, Terrassa, Palamos, Platja d'Aro i Figueres. La qualitat es el nostre plat fort.

Cuisine pizzeria, traditional family-run pizza made by own, with extensive experience in the sector Products and quality maden italy and proximity
Found this little gem by chance. Just passed by and saw a Peroni beer bucket in the window & took a moment to check the menu. The interior is lovely with a part stone wall & the tables not cramped together. The menu is simple but with enough choice that you could go back week after week. We chose a goats cheese salad to start to share & it was simple but delicious. For main the pizza was thin & crispy with the right amount of toppings. The pasta was great & we were given a picante oil to dress. The house red wine was acceptable at 9⬠for a bottle. Our bill came to 37.40⬠and the service was friendly with the right amount of interaction. We will be back. Grazie!

We had to position La Tagliatella-Platja dâAro somewhere truly historical and thatâs exactly what weâve done. This privileged area of the Costa Brava is where a veritable mosaic of historical periods and events has coalesced to form one of the most beauti
Recently visited this restaurant with my daughter while on a mum and daughter holiday. As I said you need to be hungry because the portions are quite large!! Neither of us could finish ours but we were offered "carry out" for what we left. As we were staying in a hotel this wasn't practical but we appreciated the offer. Staff were very pleasant and sociable without being in your face. The only negative comment I could make is that the food could have been hotter.

Pizzeria Roma is popular and we (2 adults+2 kids) needed to wait a while until we received a table. We ordered 2 pizzas to share and one of the kids ordered a pasta pesto. The pizzas was with serano ham, permansan cheese, rocket salad and cherry tomatoes. They where really, really good so if you are looking for a real Italian Pizza this is the spot in this area. The prices are reasonable around 11-13 euros each. So if you are going here donât get afraid of the cues, the pizzas are worth waiting for!

Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. We noticed they had gluten free pasta and pizza advertised. My sister is coeliac so we stopped to speak to the waiter. Gluten free pasta was available but pizza wasn't so we stayed and had pasta which was beautiful. Before the main meal we were given little pieces of bread topped with tomatoes and herbs. The waiter apologised to my sister as she couldn't eat them. A few minutes later he came out with one made especially for her and showed her the bread packet which showed it was gluten free. We thought this was so lovely. We visited again during our holiday as the food is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Highly recommended!!
