I am visiting family in Fairport and decided to try Pizza Chef based on reviews on another review site. This is a sole proprietor pizza place, and we wanted something that wasn't a chain/franchise, so gave it a spin. We ordered a large pepperoni thin crust. They weren't very busy,despite being 7pm on Saturday. I decided to go there instead of having the pizza delivered. They have a very small eat in area. Drinks are all bottled. It was around $14 for our large pepperoni, and the pizza was ready in less than 15 minutes. Pizza was pretty good, both my wife and thought it had a nice flavored sauce, but it could have used just a little more, so if you like a lot of sauce, be sure to request it. Plenty of cheese and pepperoni. This was not the pathetic pizza's you see at some places that is literally a cheese cover crust. Good thin crust. I would buy there again, especially for the money. However, reviews at another site suggested this pizza was to die for. I don't think so. This is good pizza for a fair price. End of story.

Salvotore's is one of multiple locatiions around Rochester and they offer both on premise and home delivery. All of their pizza offerings are really good and there are a few booths in this location to eat.. Located in a plaza so there is plenty of parking available.

We were hungry and wanted to eat quickly.. take out.. I saw this place and drove in.. I ordered two Pepperoni Pizzas. I had them and was out the door in only 5 minutes.I have heard of these places but have never tried them..What a concept. The pizza was pretty good too.This place is a bit hard to find and sits in a strip mall, kind of in the back.. its hard to notice. People must know its there because it was quite a busy place.. I guess they have other offerings also but I was only interested in pizza that day. give it a try

2.25 for a good size slice that is re-heated in their awesome oven. This creates a perfect layer of crisp, absolute perfection! Favorite Pepperoni pizza because the sauce is to die for. The Buffalo Chicken is my favorite buffalo chicken pizza too! The other topping I love is sausage. Overall slice quality A++ If your favorite pizza is buffalo chicken or Pepperoni pontillos is a must

Clean...smiling service at the counter. Food average. Not really standing out for me. Menu is pizza... My 2nd vist since they opened. Nothing bad at all...nothing exciting or so good it will bring me back more often.

We had talked about visiting this place on Main Street in Fairport numerous times, but this was our first actual visit for dinner, and we were fairly impressed. It's a pretty place inside, with only 20 tables, but very intimately arranged and decorated. Our waiter walked us through the long list of entrees and specials, many of which were created with a lot of imagination. I had the salad special, which was greens with figs and goat cheese, plus other compatible veggies and more. It was very good. I also had another appetizer as my main course; the lightly-fried calamari, which was also very nicely done and served with a pair of dipping sauces. It was a nice meal, and dinner for the three of us (with no alcohol or desserts) came to $77, which was quite reasonable. We will return in the future. BTW, we had reservations (for 5:15 PM), which is probably a good idea as they did get crowded.

We order from here quite a bit, there aren't very many choices in Penfield; and the food is generally pretty good. We have had a few small issues in the past, that I felt were not handled with compassion and care for the customer but they were fairly small issues; so we continued to order. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I called in our order, a calzone at 11:15am. I did call about 10 minutes later to order a turkey wrap. I was told it would be an hour for delivery. Although that's a long time, I called in enough time where that shouldn't be a problem. At 12:47 when our food hadn't arrived, I called Guida's. I was told that it was already delivered to our receptionist. It hadn't been. The employee that answered the phone continued to argue with me and told me that it had been delivered and her driver had already come back. I finally stated that the order may have been delivered, but it was not to the correct location. Although she continued to argue with me, she offered nastily to remake the order and bring it out to us. (now 2 hours after our original order) After barely an apology I was told it would take 20 minutes + delivery time. While we were waiting for our order, a receptionist from another office in the building came up; quite angry with our food. Apparently the delivery driver went to the wrong office suite (which had been confirmed at the original time of order twice) banged on the Dr.s office door disturbing him while he was with a patient. The driver argued with the Dr. and said someone from that office ordered. The Dr. paid for the 1/2 half of the order that was cash and sent the driver away to continue with his patient. When the Drs. Secretary returned from lunch, she brought the order in asking if it was ours; and relaying the story. I called back to Guidas to let them know what happened and asked to speak to a manager. They did not put me through to a manager... I asked what could be done for us, due to the hassle we had to go though... I was told, nothing.We will not be ordering from Guidas again. I will pass along my experience with EVERYONE I know, as well as other offices in the area. Mistakes happen, nobody is perfect. Had this been handled any differently, this review would not have been written, nor my experience shared. An apology, "lets get that remade and delivered to you ASAP free of charge" would have gotten a positive review for handling the situation so well.

I ate here yesterday afternoon between chores, and had my usual very good eats off the various salad bars. Most of what I picked was actually from the Asian food bar, including sweet & sour chicken, sesame chicken, and stir-fried vegetables. Itâs all very good; tasty and hot, although it is NOT inexpensive! Still, this is a fun place to go to pick our whatever kinds of food you desire. I do recommend it.

T K's has been our favorite for many years. We get pizza from all the other places, but keep coming back to T K's because we like it the best.Although there is seating, the interior isn't much. I'll stop in for lunch if by myself but otherwise we use them for takeout.I've read a couple of comments about the owner being rude. He is matter-of-fact, and maybe a bit blunt, but I've never considered him rude. He is hard working and extremely fair. One time I came in at the tail end of lunch service (they close immediately after until evening) and he was done serving. He had a couple of slices left but just gave them to me because they'd been sitting for a bit. Anyway, great spot, give them a try.

Love the Chicken Riggies at Perlo's, good size portions means Chicken Riggies for breakfast the next day. Place is usually pretty packed on Fridays and Saturdays so call ahead for a reservation. Service is good. If there's a down side it's their extremely small and limited wine list.
