Pleasantly surprised. Pizza was excellent. Staff very friendly. Im very picky aboutmy pizza, and this was as good as the best ive ever had. It was just a little bit pricey.

This place is located in The Factory, and it serves one of the best pizzas in town. Their multiple salad selections are very generous and delicious. The have a great menu, and the chicken parmesan, lasagna, seafood ravioli, meatballs and spaghetti are just a few of the things we have tried and loved. The portions are large, so I always have it the next day for lunch. They do need more servers, and they were running low that evening on wines. We asked for this particular bottle, and the gentleman told us that one glass has been poured out of the last bottle. My hubbie asked what kind of deal he could make on the bottle, and he said, well...how about free? I was stunned....we enjoyed a glass and a half or more that evening, and left him a large tip to cover. That was so nice...and we will be back...we order to-go pizza midweek and love the pizza. Give them a chance...it might be slower service, only because they seem to have only one waiter sometimes...just chill and enjoy...

This place has gone downhill, anytime we go in the pizza has been sitting there forever, and the tables are filled with dirty dishes, not a clean place, always messy when we go, it's rare when we go anymore

This is a wonderful pizza place. They are so nice and if they mess up your order they apologize for the mistake and give you the pizza they messed up free of charge. I recommend this over any other pizza place. It's a must try.

If you drive to Bonne Terre, plan to arrive on empty and fill up when you get there. Gas prices are almost $1 a gallon less than Chicago due to lower taxes, and lower than in St Louis. The convenience store has basic items to grab a snack, but the selection is somewhat limited.

It Was late about 1 hour before closing time My wife and I ordered a Supreme Pizza, 2 Garden Salads and 2 Soft drinks. It took forever to bring out the salads the lettuce was turning brown I guess it was a bad year for their garden all they had was lettuce!No onions No tomato's No cheese just lettuce!And that was the best part of the meal!Then Out comes the pizza I had seen them wiping down the counter earlier the pizza was soggy and had a disinfectant or bleach water taste! You pick it up and it would literally drip so I kept picking up pieces and piled them in the middle of the tray! I then got up and told the guy who said he was the manager about the pizza I had already paid upon ordering 50.00 and change he said I would have to talk to his Uncle the owner and gave me the number. The next day I called and he agreed to replace the pizza! So about a week goes by and we decide to give them another chance to Replace our pizza the kid gave me the total and I reminded him that I had a free pizza coming! So he says let me call you right back he never did! So I called him back And he said 1/2 price!So then I called the owner and he said 1/2 price because we tasted it! We couldn't eat it after we tasted it So I just let them Cheat me out of 50.00 and will never go back!

We haven't been here in about 10 years since we moved, and so we decided to give it a try again. The place was pretty clean, thank goodness. That can not be said for the one in Farmington...they need to tear that one down, start all over, and hire better staff. The staff here, even though they were young, were attentive and friendly. The salad bar was nice and clean, with veggies that were not old looking. It was very good for the area. The thin crust ham and onion pizza was still as good as we remembered. I wish we had your store in Farmington.....

except now they have a 6.00 Pretzel crust that I like with pepperoni that's Awesome !Check out one near you they also have hot wings and bread sticks. Their Supreme Pizza is the best and they deliver can't beat that kind of service!
