What a lovely find. This restaurant let us enjoy the most wonderful seafood pasta in such a pleasant atmosphere. We opted for indoor seating. Limited seating was available outdoors as well. I usually prefer outdoor seating but this place was so welcoming inside we could not resist.

Pizzeria and italian cooking.
... is apparently a must do thing but we didn't know that - we were just hungry... and it is a very nice, shaded location to have lunch on the way to the Citadella. I had the linguine which was great but my wife had the page we salmon which initially arrived luke warm. We pointed this out and without any quibbling the staff not only took it away but replaced it not with a microwave-blasted update but an entire new dish with a larger portion of salmon! Excellent service! Thanks for your grading But our restaurant have half past four stars so your good grading become bad because its under the overall average ...Excuse me for my english

We arrived in St Florant late afternoon and parked in the quayside carpark after first locating our hotel. We wandered round this beautiful little town with its vibrant, full of life atmosphere taking in the sights sounds and the ever pervasive aroma of garlic. Having driven from landing in Bastia across country to St Florant we picked up a takeaway sandwich and a cool drink from one of the many places around the quay and sat under in the shade to eat. We had noticed a restaurant right on the quay which had not only a formal restaurant but a casual area and a very popular woodfired pizza oven for eat in or take away service, and thought this would be a good place to eat for our first night. We arrived at about 8.45 and were shown to a table on the deck overlooking the water, it was warm but with a cool that you often get near water. After consulting the menu we opted for the old favourite, moules frties, Corsican style and good old basic with wine and garlic for me, I'm a purist when it comes to moule. The food was finger licking and bread dunk fabulous and the fries weren't back either. The meal, 2 lots of moule, 1 beer, 1 bottle of fizzy water and a large pichet of red wine 47.00 Euros and the perfect start to our touring holiday here in Corsica.

Stay away! We ordered 3 different pizza's and we hardly could tell them apart. The dough was not baked and the toppings was non existing! We ordered one with fresh tomatoes and basil + fresh mozzarella but NON of the ingrediens was to find - same goes for the other two, just alot of greasy cheese. These pizzas are just terrible, so disappointed :-(

The restaurant looks appealing, we saw a few times already and really felt this evening we wanted to eat pizza. The prices are average and in comparison with other restaurant in Saint-Florent quite reasonable. Pizza was very tasteful and good. However the waiters were not friendly at all and the restaurant acts as a big machine to process as much tables / pizzas as they can. So good food but not really a dining experience.

On the road between Saint Florent and Oletta, very affordable Italian food with very good pizza. Free amuse-bouche and limoncello, easy parking. Funny waiter.

Toute la fraicheur du marche sur une ardoise. Des produits d'exception
Sometimes (not that often) a meal gets into a happening. This occured in Bastia once at La Fabrica. One week later (since we could not resist to return) it happened (to our surprise) again! The owner is an entertainer, the chef and the sommelier are masters. So it is very easy, let them compose the dinner and the euphoria will enter! Do not worry, the bill will surprise as well, can not be more priceworthy.
