If I can eat here for every meal of the day I would.Their wood fired oven adds an incredibly unique and authentic flavor to the pizzas and anything cooked in it.The diversity of flavors and combinations for the salads and entrees/platters are an experience that no other restaurant in Nosara offers. Pura Vida indeed!

Amazing fresh thin crust pizzas and salads at affordable prices. Gluten free available upon request. Itâs been busy during the week but so worth the wait. We even took a couple of pizzas to go! Raving about Pura Pizza Kitchen Lab... great addition to the community! Very nicely priced menu, wonderful food and nice outdoor seating. I messaged first to find out about gf options as I am celiac. I got a quick and informative response, allowing us to go with our group that evening. We were lucky that they had left over vegan gf pad Thai from the day before (we request this to be on the menu every day!) and it was truly yummy. The roast beef app was heavenly... and huge for an app! The four of us had 2 drinks each, an app and main and it came to only 60,000 with tax and tip... for four! And we were soooo full! Definitely in our rotation! Lol

I live in Nosara full time. When they first opened, I though their pizza was just OK. But it is much better now. They have a few options and they are always offering something different. The chicken sausages wrapped in bread are good too. My favorite pizza is the pepperoni or spicy sausage. The Owner and staff are friendly and efficient. It is really nice to get a quick snack or take home for dinner.

We had a really yummy and fun evening at Il Basilico on our recent trip to Costa Rica. Really robust menu to choose from, we all either ordered pizza or pastas. The staff were all super friendly and provided really attentive service. The environment was really lively, and busy without taking away from the level of service. Highly recommend dinner here.Recommend loading up on the chili pepper oil they have on the table. YUM!!!

Just arriving here, our host recommended to dine there. We were quite happy with the advice and had an excellent dinner washed down with huge Margaritas done their way. The pizza was perfect and quite large. I had the chicken Casado and it was about the best Casado Iâve eaten here ( but the chicken was a bit dry, I might add) . Not crowded when we were there so the service was fine. Menu quite complete and atmosphere pleasant. Chairs somewhat u comfortable though.One should make a stop here at least once in the area. Weâll be returning for sure.

Whilst hard to find, this restaurant is worth finding for the location alone. Combined with great food this place should not be missed.Ceviche was really good, as was the beef carpaccio. The Tico was also tasty.My daughter opted for a pizza, whilst my son had the Tuna Steak, cooked rare. Both were outstanding.I guess itâs pricey for Costa Rica, but comparable to UK prices, but the setting was stunning.

We had lunch here and ordered fish tacos (delicious!!!), pizza (Hawaiian and 10 pies) and a quinoa bowl and everyoneâs food was very good. Half way through our lunch some monkeys decided to come out of the trees and run along the power lines which was very exciting for us to see. Service was quick and the prices are super reasonable!
