Monday is men's night with free pizza for the boys. Nice start and then add in a burger and sides. Service is good and the mood is always up as it is mostly locals. Lots of beers to choose from and there is a full bar if beer is not your thing. I don't remember any wine, but it wouldn't really fit with the rest of ambience.
The White Buffalo is a classic rural old country store that has been expanded and broadened to offer everything from home made ice cream and fudge to a restaurant and gun shop. Whether you need sundries or sandwiches or ammo, the White Buffalo is always worth a stop.
Have had their pizza each time I visit family in Pittsfield. We all look forward to their wonderful pizza. This is so exciting! We are so pleased to be a part of the Pittsfield experience that you love. We look forward to having you in again- thanks for the great review!

Had a BLT sub as it was my first time. I asked him to put the lettuce on the bottom. He did and he asked if I would like the roll toasted and I said no I do not want it toasted. I got the sub, it looked great. Tons and I mean tons of bacon on the top, Mayo on it as I asked and also the lettuce on the bottom. My only issue was there was very little lettuce and the tomatoes were hard to even find and few pieces. The roll was toasted and he did ask me and I said not toasted. But otherwise it was good.

You are driving from Northern NH, it's a late Sunday, EVERYTHING is closed. Then, like a beacon of hope, the Epsom House of Pizza sign burns brightly in the night - at last, hungry will be solved. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and small pizza. 10 minutes later, we are consuming a GREAT little greek style pizza, a toasted BLT, and a steak bomb!Pizza house food is pizza house food. It's either good, or bad, this was good. The establishment is tidy, not super clean, but tidy. The service was appropriate.Bottom line - this is a great stop when traveling on 28 during a long journey.
We decided to dine in now that they have expanded into a sportsbar type setting...it was AWFUL. the echo in the room amplified everyone yelling and screaming. It was so loud you couldnt hear the person sitting in front of you. Not to mention, they had ONE waitress and we waited almost an hour for two sandwiches. Then we tried again but with take-out and they messed up everyone's order. I avoid them to avoid aggravation.
Dante's is not breaking any new territory in the culinary world of Epsom, but that is not what you should expect from this place. Oddly located in a very small area above the fire department, this place may be hard to find. Decor is very basic and a bit dated. There are only a few booths to sit down at, thinking that take out is majority of their business. Seems like it is frequented by many locals, which is always a good sign.I went here for lunch and had their Italian sub/grinder and the two people I was with shared a sausage pizza. The pizza was average, no complaints from anyone, though it did look like it could have been cooked a bit longer, crust didn't seemed to have a golden color to it and the cheese, looked barely melted. The italian sub was good. Standard ingredients on an Italian, but the dressing used on it was what made it better. Also, the bread that was used was very good, soft and chewy. This place seems great as a local place to get lunch/dinner when you don't want to cook. If you are just looking for simple food and reasonable prices, this place works!
Love seeing another succesful family owned business do well! First the craft beers produced here are awesome. If you're hungry, you must try their delicious handmade pizza. And, if you have a sweet tooth, try something from the bakery that shares the same space. Overall, everyone that we've encountered here has been very nice and provided top notch service. Well done....... Can't wait to go back!

We love Northwood House of Pizza! The pizza is is consistently delicious and there is a gluten-free option. The subs are tasty and fresh. The salads are crispy. There is baklava available and, at times, spanakopita!! Costas, the owner, and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced. The best pizza in the area!!

Found Cooper Hill after a recent cross country meet as we were all famished. Got a quick table and our server found us quickly as well. Little fried mozzarella appetizer than some grub. Caesar salad with salmon, the Reuben with sweet potato fries and an Italian sub were ordered. All very tasty. Appreciated our servers diligence and chilling for awhile after racing all morning. Would go back again.
