My father-in-law always talked about this place so I had to find out for myself. Pizza is classic Italian style, great hand tossed style crust, sauce in a good balance, not too sweet, they don't skimp on toppings or cheese. Priced fair, a little greasy, but hey, if you want healthier, you could order a salad too. Try it, and I'm sure you'll go back again - I did.

My husband and I each ordered Stromboli. I had the vegetarian version and my husband had the meat version. The Strombolis themselves were pretty good. However, the side of sauce was extremely salty. I am pregnant and like salty things, but even this was too salty for me. If we order Stromboli again, we will use our own jarred sauce at home for dipping.

Several couples met for an early Sunday evening dinner at Papa Bear's Italian Restaurant. We spent two hours together having drinks, appetizers and dinner. We never felt rushed and our waitress was wonderful. We have always enjoyed the food at papa Bear's... Just a great restaurant experience!

This has to be the friendliest place we have ever eaten. It's small, only a half dozen tables, plus some outside seating for good weather, and everyone talks to everyone else! We had so much fun. Plus the food is genuine. Cooked/ baked in an open kitchen and everything looked clean. We've been in places that have short order open kitchens that looked so dirty and greasy that we were almost afraid to eat the food. We had pizzas, zucchini, salad and all was delicious.There is only pop and water, no beer or wine served here, but you are welcome to take your own. They even supply the frosted mugs and wine glasses. We took a bottle of inexpensive California red blend & it was perfect with our pizzas. Just be sure you share your wine with Gino!..;)

We visit there frequently and are always satisfied with both the food and service but holy holy... went there this week and had a horrific experience. I ordered a margarita. The first one arrive with a fly dead in it. The second (lime) arrived with a sugar rim. The third was correct. My soup (noodle and clear broth) arrived with a large red pasta smeared fingerprint down the side and my fork had food still in it. I could not leave fast enough. I hope this is not the direction they are headed as I always enjoy my meal there.

I usually visit the other 91 location on Maple but had a business luncheon to attend. So awful. The pasta was tasteless (marinara), the salad pieces of bacon were dangerously hard. The service was good. The pizza was tastelessâ just lots of carbs (bread) and bland. I probably wonât go here again unless I have to attend an event and then I will bring my own lunch.Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that your pizza was not to your liking. First time visit and met with an underwhelming "hostess" who appeared to have stepped out of a Tim Burton movie and had as much personality as the Walking Dead...I literally had to wait for a sign of life. Note to manager...you might want to rethink this one!Our server was efficient, but it was crowded due to trivia night and slow to get drinks, longer wait to order. However, food was good. Ravioli, pizza were fresh and tasty. Nice enough atmosphere. "Old Blue-eyes" theme definitely going on.

Since so few places were open on Labor Day we had our anniversary dinner at Bravo. The Chicken Caprese and Salmon Pasta were very good. The service was a tad on the too-leisurely side, but it was Monday of a holiday weekend. Our entrees, salad and soup were up to Bravoâs standards.
