We've been ordering from Pizza Works for several years, often in bad weather, when we find ourselves with an understocked fridge or feel too tired to cook. Their counter staff are polite and efficient, even when they put you on hold. Their system stores our address, which saves time. Their delivery people are always prompt, gracious and helpful. We enjoy their grinders and other sandwiches, as well as many of the ala carte items, such as meatball and sausage side orders, potato skins, clam strips, onion rings, fries, mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms and calamari. We only had the pizza once, but it was tasty. We also enjoyed their fried seafood platter, which has enough food to feed two people.

We're long time Papa Gino's patrons and will come back over and over again. Yes as many have said, they're a chain and that have set menus and recipes dictated by corporate etc. But if the food, price and service are great, who cares? We've had consistently delicious pizza here every time. For a family of 4 with a meal and drinks coming in around the $20-$25 mark, it's a great option if you don't feel like cooking/cleaning and want good food! We generally get pizza but their salads and other sides we've tried have all been good. One of the things beyond the pizza is the level of service here. The staff and management here always go out if their way to greet us with a smile, they bring your order to the table when it's ready and they always ask if you have everything you need. On our way out they always thank us for our visit. Thank you Papa Gino's of North Adams for always making us feel welcome, for providing great food/service and for understanding the customer experience means everything. Great job!

I was tasting for some pizza while in the North Adams area and went here based on reviews. I had two slices of pizza and when I asked how big I was told how they sliced the pizza, which made them sound bigger than they were. I found the pizza to be good but nothing special.

Twice we had take out from this and it's absolutely terrible food.The first time we got fries and they were so greasy,it was like sludge.The second time was calzones which looked like it was cooked in a dirty pan and definitely no taste.I wouldn't recommend it at all.Thankyou DJB NORTH ADAMS MA.

I visited this restaurant with my friend Maria Netti on the Kavita Shah weekend at MassMoCA. The atmosphere was very nice and quiet enough for chitchat. I had the spinach pie with Greek salad, and it was very good. The service was very good, and it was overall a great experience.
