I was really jazzed about trying BIg City Pizza because I'd heard its good. We are always looking for good, locally owned pizza places because the chains have burned us out. We went to Big City Pizza's new location in Lexington, right off Chinoe Road.This was not the great pizza I anticipated. We got a thin crust with most of the veggies offered and a Caesar salad. The crust on the pizza was tasteless and the toppings just OK. The large amount of flour stuck to the crust did not help the taste, and the spinach on the pizza was almost burned during cooking. Dry leaves of crispy spinach. Not sure why other places don't seem to have this problem when they put spinach on a pizza.Overall not impressed. The guy at the counter did say he prefers the hot subs. Maybe that is the way to go, but a pizza place should make good pizza.

I really can't think of a reason to eat here. The pizza is not good, and neither are the limited sides. I've only been there for the lunch buffet, so I can't comment on dinner. There is another Giovanni's in Harrodsburg that is much better.

Domino's is a very reasonable price to get pizza usually they have some very good specials. Pizza is descent.
