Pizzeria Piccolo Mondo, surrounded by the Crete Senesi but still close to Siena, has been a family-run business for almost 30 years. It offers over 80 different kinds of pizzas and "ciaccini" (white pizza) to satisfy every taste! It is possible to eat outs
This is a local's restaurant in a residential area south of Sienna. We went looking for a local pizza one night and ended up here. We were not disappointed. Nothing fancy about it. Basic Tuscan style (read huge selection) menu. And a plethora of Pizzas. You will find no tour guides, tourists, english or German speakers here. Pizza was a great example o the local fare plus nice inslata mistas for us. And as is always the cae it seems the house wine was great.

We got four dishes, and each and every one of them was way to salty for our taste. We saw that locals were eating in the nicely decorated place, but even though the Ragu was good, we decided we won't return because of the amount of salt in the food. We loved all the clocks though :)

The food and drinks at La Capannina are reasonable and pretty good. We had a nice starter with noodles which we shared, pizza for main course and tiramisu and semifredo for dessert together with a light house wine and water. All was good. The service is very friendly and attentive.

Chiuso per ferie dal 17.11.2016 al 10.12.2016
My wife and our three daughters have just had a fantastic dinner at Il Locale Di Guido. My wife and I shared a 1kg Fiorentina Steak, 2 daughters had Filet Steak and the little one had local pasta. We had a small bottle of wine and desserts. Everything was excellent. The service was great too. The entrance to the restaurant is a little peculiar but the dining area itself is lovely. We highly recommend.

An amazing cafe/pizzeria in the heart of this lovely village. The young lady spoke excellent English and her service was excellent. The Italian sandwiches were delicious and when we asked her to toast them...she did although it is not the norm. The Prosecco on tap was a hit as we do not have that in Canada.

Fantastic food, really lovely staff, lovely casual atmosphere sitting outside and good value. Lots of locals eat here so the experience is authentic. Pizza's were excellent but we also had some lovely meat dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant was recommended by our agriturismo and it was wonderful. We had the risotto, bruschetta, and a delicious pizza with ham, mozzarella and arugula. The wait staff was very attentive and managed to go orders along with our sit down meal. It is quaint and warm and welcoming. Highly recommend. Pricing is well done -food and service well worth mid range pricing. Risotto was best we have had in Italy.

This restaurant was recommended by our hosts at Castello di San Fabiano and it was a good recommendation. This family restaurant in a rural setting is non spectacular inside but the food and service are great. Loved the great food, house wine, service and value for money.

My reviews on trip advisor show how passionate we are about good pizza... We found this place which has no curb appeal but absolutely fantastic pizza and antipasto...my husband loves German beers and this place has lowenbrau on draft along with great Italian beers. The restaurant was super busy for a Saturday night and the take away pizza business was doing a roaring trade with pizzas the size of bin lids being taken away!... Great place you gotta eat here!Thank u alison. We are very grateful to u and your husband! We hope to see u again in the future . Giada
