We stopped at this restaurant enroute Pienze for lunch and boy what a great meal we had. Language was no barrier when it comes to hospitality. They really know to take care of their customers and the ingredients used were very fresh especially the pork chops. Given an opportunity will return in a jiffy

Newly opened. Pasquale from Palinoro is the friendly owner along with his super nice wife Ida. They make the best pizza in town - but their fish dishes are excellent too. I like their bread (made fresh every day) and many other Naples dishes. A definitely place to go to when in Montefiascone. Another thing that I love is that you can see Pasquale in the kitchen cooking with Tommaso - it is open for viewing by the public - so you know that the kitchen is very very clean and inviting.

My wife and I ate here on the night we arrived in Montefiascone. The food was was good and it was good value for a pizzeria. We sat outside on a warm evening in July and there was a good atmosphere in the square outside the restaurant.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We both had pizza, which was superb. Definitely NOT the average kind of pizza you can find anywhere in Italy, but something uniquely tasty and original for a very good price. Good selection of local starters and beers too. Highly recommended.

The dressing is perfect. the temperature of the oven, so the bottom is perfect and the combination of bottom and dressing is perfect. Better then we have eaten in Toscane, Umbrie, Roma, Napoli, Venezia, Chicago and other important Pizza cities

Il Padrone is slim, diminutive and extremely active watching over this terrific restaurant with great attention to quality and detail. The food is excellent and well priced. The pizzas are outstanding and even a coeliac like myself can easily find yummy dishes throughout the menu. Service is fast and accurate. Very strongly recommended.

Near to the lake - so you can watch the gorgeous sunsets. The restaurant makes the best pizzas in town - and believe me I know. Excellent steaks and giant hambergers too. Since there is a little park all around it - it is also a safe place for kids to run and play while their parents linger with their coffee.

We had a very pleasant lunch in a square just over the road from the main restaurant. The roasted vegetables with different types of mozzarella was more than enough for two people, as a starter. The zucchini, eggplant and red capsicum were grilled to perfection. The array of pizzas was most inviting and the sizes were enormous, so much so that we had to take the uneaten portions away.Total cost including a bottle of water âfrizzanteâ came to â¬33.

Four of us enjoyed lunch sitting outside yesterday. We shared two antipasti- a vegetarian and "house". After that a very different carbonara made with chick peas and a spicy Viterbo pasta. We were pleased we had room for desert as the ice creams were absolutely delicious. Home made. Good selection of cakes and pastries too. Very nice service from our helpful friendly waitress who spoke good English (and some Spanish too as she was able to chat to a table of Spanish tourists). This somehow still feels like a place for locals with men putting the world to rights over a coffee, a resident cat who likes sitting on your knee and families popping in for an ice cream. Inside is huge and we hear the pizzas are excellent. We had lunch here after a super morning at Villa Lante and the extraordinary Gardens of Bomarzo - il Parco dei Mostri.
