We went here at the suggestion of hotel manager who said it was the best pizza place in town...well...they were definitely telling the truth! We had several things off the menu and everything was fantastic! Great food, Great service, Great atmosphere! Tell the General Manager, Keith, that Chef Donn sent you!

One star is 2 to manyAs a papa johns fan I had to try this new one in mccomb. I had the pizza from hell experience. Ordered a pizza at 616 to be delivered. During the course of the next 2.5 hours I learned a lot about papa johns operations. Apparently first and upmost is to make sure to lie to your customer. Pizza was scheduled for 645 delivery. I ordered at 616. At 703 I called and asked status and was told it was out for delivery. About 720 I called again since I live less than 1/2 mile away. I was told it was out for delivery at 712. I asked girl on phone at that time what time I ordered. She asked my name so I asked her how she knew my pizza was out for delivery if she didn't know my name. No answer. After calling me mam 2 times I ( my name is mike) asked for the supervisor. After a few minutes she came back and said she was busy. I told her I would bring that up with corporate tomorrow but tonight I would hold. Manager finally answered and said a new crew but my pizza was out for delivery. I asked how many delivery were being made and she said one. 30 minutes later driver called and said she was at road construction and had been blocked for 10 minutes so I asked her if she only had one delivery where were the other 20 minutes. She told me she had 2 deliverys and made other than first. A lie by the manager. She did admit later they lied to me again. At this point I called manager and she was making new pizza since the old one was almost 2 hours old. She called back and said new pizza out to my house by 810. I told her to tell driver if construction blocks let them know and they will let you by. A promise of no more than 5 minute wait. At 833 I left to go to fox's pizza to take out. I decided to go to papa johns and complain. After I got there delivery guy came with my pizza to the restaurant. Manager said they wouldn't let him by. I asked driver if he asked them as I had told manager to so they would let him by. He said no no one told him to ask. I don't blame kid but manager was told by me they would let him pass. So the delivery at 712 that was still riding at 833 took me all of 7 minutes to go through construction 2 times and go in and complain and get home with warm pizza. Now the bad part. I have had a lot of papa johns pizza and have seen the commercials of how they test pizza for consistency etc. well this pizza which was anchovies mushroom (heavy) onions ( heavy) black olives bell peppers and the only ingredient on every piece was black olive. 3 pieces had no anchovy and several no onions mushrooms or bell peppers. If they ran the quality test on my pizza they would shut this place down. If they survive under this management it will be a miracle so if you want to try I suggest you do quickly because if this is the quality and service you get they will be gone soon.

The veggie pizza is very good. Two slices and you are full. The value of pizza has really gone up...like everything else, so be mindful of the pricing.We did notice that when ordering online...it is easier. I would recommend the veggie pizza to anyone who does not like the meats Pizza Hut offer.
