Stopped in on a weekday for lunch and had the pastrami grinder. I love a good pastrami sandwich and these guys don't disappoint. The bread that the sandwich is served on is some of the best around. It's been a long time since I've had one of their awesome pizzas (I'm partial to the Greek pizza), so I'll definitely need to come back.Excellent food that you don't want to miss.

Capozzi's Pizza is near the Kroger at the intersection of Shallowford Rd & Sandy Plains Rd. I recently stopped in to this locally-owned restaurant for a late lunch (on a weekday). The restaurant was busy, but mostly with people picking up their orders at the drive-thru window (drive-thru is cash only). I ate indoors, where there were tables and booths. There were several tables outdoors, but since it was February I did not take advantage of them. I ordered a house salad with a slice of pizza. There were lots of toppings for the pizza, and I chose green olives. My food arrived reasonably promptly. The salad was freshly prepared (greens, onions, carrots, olives, cukes & tomatoes), and I liked the vinaigrette dressing (garlic!). The pizza was thin crust (NY style), bubbling hot and slightly crispy. Portions were reasonably generous. The staff was friendly and efficient, the dining area was tidy, and the restroom was clean. Although the food was excellent, I thought the prices were a bit high (e.g., a basic 16" cheese pizza was $14, with each topping another $2.25). You can order ahead for pickup, or Capozzi's Pizza will deliver in the area. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center, and a nearby Kroger for groceries.

What sets Aurelio's apart from other Chicago-style pizza? We're different because we use only quality ingredients, serve a variety of generous sizes, and specialize in customizing orders to suit each individual taste. Since 1959, the Aurelio family has be
Sad to say their carry out has passed their prime. It is almost like they do not care anymore. The last three times we ordered carry out the pizza has been horrible the crust is soggy the sauce has no taste...What has happened. The one time that we dined in the beer was actually barely cold and this was bottled beer.Shame on you guys. This is definitely not Chicago pizza. What a shame this place used to be amazing for all their food choices. Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback about your most recent experience, sueshoe1212. We feature a revolving array of ready to order unique and creative handcrafted pizza by the slice or pie. Limited to daily availability, once we're sold out for the day, we're out - SO FUHGEDDABOUDIT! Bringing the taste of the Northeast to the Southeast.
Just as other reviews mention, the pizza is definitely New York. Nice and thin, foldable and lots of flavor. I decided to stretch my luck and try a cheesesteak sub. The sub was very disappointing. It was really greasy and flavorless. There was not enough cheese on the sandwich. So New York pizza- nailed it, Philly cheesesteak- not so much.

Went to dinner here this past Saturday night. The food was solid as usual, but hadn't been here in awhile and when I asked for the wine menu, we were told that they hadn't gotten their liquor license renewed for 2019 while they tried to re-work their lease. The server also told us that sadly they also learned only that day that they couldn't get that worked out so the business is closing permanently in mid February. Sad to see it go..Hi there,Luckily we are not going out of business and have been serving our guests! Our liquor license is back in action as well, and we hope to see you again soon! Thank you for your review!

Staying at a nearby hotel and ordered sandwiches for delivery. Order came faster than expected! Sandwiches a little pricey at 8.99 for the size, but they were tasty and it saved us a trip out for dinner. Would try again if we are here.

Ok how else do you say good service and great pizza. Itâs a keeper. Try the white sauce pizza for a little change of pace. The pizza there is good and the crust is just great. Add a beer they have choices and you will go back.
