If you want to try Auflauf (the dish that Marburg/the surrounding area is particularly known for), this is a great place to do it. The Auflauf is a bit heavy, so keep that in mind. There are also other food options. The inside is really cozy, with big windows and good lighting. It's good for small and large groups, and is quite inexpensive. The beer is also great. Can't recommend this place enough!

Very good restaurant. Exzelent cooking. Italian spezialties. This restaurant is placed a little bit outsite of the city. But not very far.

Since it was chanterelle season and this italian restaurant served pasta with «pfifferlinge» we had to go here:-) The restaurant is not big but have a cozy athmosphere. Staff is friendly and attentive. Our pasta with chanterelle was very tasty, our prefered wine was sold out but we where recomended a different kind that was very nice. Tasty food and not expensive.
