My husband saw this place driving by and thought we should try it. Coincidentally it ended up being the same place our neighbor told me has really good pizza. I loved how it looked like a cabin in the woods. The pizza is really thin and crispy. It's so good! That's all I kept saying over and over while I ate it. We didn't make reservations and it wasn't a problem. We ordered at the counter, were given a number to sit at the corresponding table outside. I love the outdoor seating. It's very family friendly with a playground outside. They also have a tv for watching the games. Inside is nice too with a beautiful view of the Pisan hills. Our drinks and food came out shortly. They serve beer, wine and Coke on tap. I had the pizza with truffle cheese and it is to die for! There's a lot of truffle flavor. One day later, I was already craving it. We will definitely be visiting again.

Gentili e Molto bravi. Hanno portato la pizza a domicilio e sembrava appena sfornata. La Pizza autunno è da consigliare ai super golosi. Hanno idee e propongono anche pizze innovative. Da provare assolutamente

Being italian, I'm very, VERY fussy about pizza but got to say that this one was pretty decent. I had 4 cheeses, possibly a bit on the heavy side but my dad artichokes pizza was very very good. Good prices as well.Worth paying a visit to this place!

When you are in the middle of a marvellous nothing, surrounded by an astonishing landscape, it can be a trouble to discover a restaurant which is not to turistic, not to expensive and good. You could bump into a scam! So, if you find a restaurant like this, with high quality food, cute atmosphere (a renovate wine cellar), quick and kind service, a proper price, you could consider yourself lucky.Taste the wonderful soups!

We came here due to the good rating on Tripadvisor and were really happy. We had no reservation so the owner apologized we only could get a table inside. Which was completely fine as we were really close to the gigantic pizza oven and the grill. So we could observe the chef putting large chunks of meat on the fire. Great! As for the food, three of us had pizza and only me had the meat, which was great. With the pizza I immediately noted how good the mozzarella tasted. My son now says it's the best pizza he has ever tasted. Don't be fooled by the look from outside. The place looks like a cheap bar, but it's like with a book, don't judge it by its cover. Really recommended.

We ate here twice during a 4 night stay near Sante Luce. The main advantage of this place is that it opens earlier than most Italian restaurants so great for families with young children. The staff were friendly and the kids were pleased that they served chips. I think they were getting tired of pizza and pasta after 10 days in Italy! The ravioli was delicious and pizza was good, too.

We're staying in Fauglia and heard good things about this place. They're all true! The pizzas were delicious. Served with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Terrific small town ambience sitting outside in the town square. Very reasonable too.

The historical authenticity of the Busti Family and the experience of the Chef Leonardo Biasci join together in the shared love for good plain things. A restaurant that is really new, not only because it has been recently opened, but also because it origi
We spent a nice evening here with our family. The cheese and meat antipasti was very delicate presented and tasted great. The pasta and the bread were delicious. The kids had proper pizza made in the brick oven. Wine tips from the waiter were also very good. A little strange that this restaurant - which filled up with people over the evening- showed music videos from the 80's on a big screen. But don't let that stop you from going. High quality food- nice staff and very family friendly Thank you for your comment. Iâm sorry for the tv program, usually we show the Remo Busty documentary (the founder of Caseificio Busti) or a video of the dairy during the production.Thank you,

Consiglio vivamente.
