Bar, pizzeria and Aeolian restaurant with panoramic view. Welcoming and reserved atmosphere. Typical local service.
I suggest this place to everyone. Donât arrive too late (8pm) so that you will be able to enjoy the stunning view. The owner and the personnel working there are really friendly, nice and accommodating. We had a great time!grazie infinite avere clienti come voi fa bene al cuore e al nostro lavoro !! <3

Warm welcome from friendly service team, where we secured a table and high-chair for our 2.5YO son. Best moment was being offered the chance to tailor his pasta dish, where the norma's aubergine flavour went down well. Other successes included the large fillet cooked with oil, salt and lemon. It remained succulent was well-matched with the 250ml glass of house red. Room for improvement on salad dishes, whose contents looked tired and tasted bland. Starter platter could have been presented better and tasted fresher too.70 euros for a shared starter, small pasta, 2 steaks, 2 drinks, 2 sides and a dessert seemed in line with expectation. Service went above and beyond it, and drives the rating up to 4 stars. Food does need to improve across the board to merit a better review

If you come with the tourist boat to Lipari they will give you the flyers with this restaurant at the port. We also met one Czech guide in the town recommending this restaurant. So we went there. Now we know that we should not listen to the people from the tourist business. The restaurant was pure disaster. They were not able to serve up the simple two kinds of pasta in one hour. They really ruined our Lipari experience. In one hour they served up only the pasta for my wife, so we ate it together and then left. No sorry, no excuses, no communication, just staring at us. By the way the pasta was the worst that we have had in Italy in all the years visiting this beautiful country. From ready-to-cook food. Avoid it!

am a bit surprised about the very negative reviews, Calandra was actually one of the pleasant surpirses on Lipari. Pasta and Pizza were good, the swordfish was a bit overcooked, but quite alright.service was prompt and very friendly, location and view very nice. recommended.

We had a lovely family dinner during our holidays. The "parmigiana di melanzane" was very tasty and the fried calamari very fresh and cooked perfectly. The service was impeccable and we didn't have to wait almost at all, although we arrived at the beginning of service which probably helped. We really liked it.

Nice to have lunch during a hike, fresh salad. The water was microfiltered which tasted a little peculiar; I prefer natural water. Coffee not bad, but also not noteworthy. Friendly service: tables and chairs were brought outside to accommodate the guests on the terrace.

We had Pizza and it was really really good! Nice, covered open air restaurant with great people watching. Service was good! It was nice, too that they had a menu in English. The waitress was soo nice. We received a complimentary tapas appetizer with bruschetta, tepenade spread and some olives. Reasonable prices, good italian beer. After our lunch, the waitress brought us a complimentary shot of some italian after dinner drink and little sesame cookies. How nice! if we ever get to this part of Italy again, we will stop here.

We arrived in the evening and were greeted kindly. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, the choice of pizzas amazing. We were pleased with the quality of the food and service and can recommend the restaurant for a simple and hearty meal. Interestingly, a great deal of pizzas were sold to take out: this is a great sign - the locals love this place, too.

Very helpful staff who were willing to help me choose a dish that suited my dietary requirements. Food was superb and loved the extras to start including bread, olives and another hot fried bite sized food that we couldn't name but very tasty! Very relaxed, friendly atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. We visited twice!

We visited Fusion for dinner whilst staying in Lipari. The location, in Lipariâs central port, does shout âtourist trap!â, but - as the rating on here suggests - the food and overall experience here are a lot better than that. We visited twice and the standout dishes we had were the swordfish and pistachio spaghetti (trust me it works), the spaghetti with clams and the mixed grilled fish (the grilled tuna especially was wonderful). Wine was also very nice and reasonably priced - even the house white was very good. The service is friendly and well paced, and both nights we were there the staff did really well to move diners out of the extremely intense rain storm that came about very quickly! Prices are fairly average for what we saw whilst around the Eoilan Islands but the pasta dishes especially are good value (13-15 Euro) and we certainly felt we got a lot of good food for the price we paid. Seating is mostly outside which is great for the summer months and the atmosphere in the port has a nice buzz without being too busy (although we were not there at absolute peak season). This was a step above the other places we ate in a Lipari and one of the best places we ate at in the islands as a whole.
