We arrived and order two large bottles of sparking water. Two bottles of San Pellegrino arrived and they opened that at the table. They poured for the kids first who were young and thirsty. Then we noticed their water looked kind of orange. We tasted it. It was BEER! The San Pellegrino bottles had both been reused and resealed and one of them they refilled with beer by mistake. Of then two of our kids were too sleepy to eat. So if they are serving fake off brand beer and water who knows what's in everything else. We didn't take it out on the local staff who seemed genuinely surprised. But will contact the owner. I know refilled bottles are common in Thailand but thats why you to better restaurants. The pizza was very good but we were too unhappy and dealing with the kids to care. See the photos of how the retrofitted the bottle caps to reuse. Very disappointing that a decent restaurant would cheat us. They should just serve local sparkling instead of faking high price San Pellegrino.

We have visited Celli's on several occasions and the food is always delicious! We have had take away pizzas and also eaten in the restaurant. The pizzas are made in front of you, so fresh and just like being in Italy! The food, wine and deserts are fantastic and the family run business is very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially people with young children as they were very attentive to our 10 month old son, who enjoyed his first ever taste of pizza at this restaurant! Thank you for coming to our restaurant! We are happy your baby has tasted his first pizza with us! We hope he liked it and he want to try again!!!

A really big menu with lots of choices although not much seafood. However, the meals were terrific. A scallop entree and a tuna carpaccio and homemade hummus were lovely starters. Then the gnocchi. WOW. Fresh, smooth, delicious, fantastic. OMG. It was so good I canât recall what my friends ate. Have been to many restaurants on Samui and have to say that I found the perfect pizza here. Alan is a top Italian chef that runs a clean and efficient kitchen that turns out authentic Italian food. Great staff and good prices make Chef Alan and the whole team at Da Bardo the place to go on Samui for Italian food.
