We believe less processed food tastes better. Not only does it taste better, it's much healthier too. You'll notice this difference in our house made dressings and handcrafted pizzas, as well as in our colorful salads and sandwiches. Fresh produce from Ea
Salads, sandwiches, pizza, great service. I love this place. Customize your order without any complaints or hassle. Varied menu. Weekends have a cool brunch menu. My 7 year old never complains about anything (wow!). Fresh food, cooked to order and a pleasant atmosphere. Iâve actually bought artwork off the wall from the guest artist! Cool place.

Sent here by a friend. A very interesting place that does mostly carry out with very little indoor seating. The service was better than a Ritz Carlton and if you like pizza- this place MUST be on your must-do list. There is nowhere I have ever been for pizza that I thought was better. Now my problem is going to be getting through Knoxville without stopping at this place. I wonder if they serve breakfast.

You don't need to be Italian or travel to Italy to experience truly delicious Italian cuisine. When you come to our BRAVO Cucina Italiana Italian restaurant at our Knoxville location, you're entering Tennessee's own little slice of Italy. Enjoy our Italia
We received attentive service; everyone was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was spacious, airy, and quiet--we were able to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I did not see any families with small children. Appropriate dress for this restaurant would be dressy casual--no shorts or flip flops. We enjoyed our drinks. The house wine was great. The menu was varied and a step above the workhorse dishes you normally find in Italian restaurants, but a tad pricier.

The best part of this haven: Italian wines and regional beer on tap! Brick oven backed sour dough crusted pizzas (I tried the The Pizzicletto) with quality ingredients, still and sparkling water complimentary, homemade pistachio gelato - "yum" (and other flavors), and conscious organic greens locally sourced (delicious Arugula). Large windows in this free standing older brick frame in the Old City allow for natural lighting and they have their own parking with 12-10 spaces (guesstimating) plus a lighted lot adjacent to that (where I parked). This is a place where you are waited on and not counter serviced. The okay, not a deal breaker, for me in this haven: hard aluminum chairs (even though I will say were comfy enough). My meal came to $42.38 (without tip) for a pie, 2 glasses of wine by the glass at $9, and a gelato at $3.50. If you are not a big eater, and although they say this 13" pie is for 1, I took half (4 pieces) home to the spouse. The two exceptions to this haven that I absolutely did not like are the paper cups to serve the gelato and the glasses of wine were not poured from the bottle in front of me so I can only assume I got what I paid for. After all, this is a quality upscale casual establishment so I would expect these things to follow suit.

Nice atmosphere. Decent beers on tap. Pizza is good but could use more sauce. Ingredients and bread have good taste. I just was not âwowed.â

This is literally my children's favorite spot to eat in Knoxville. They love the pizza and all of the choices. They also really enjoy the juices! Overall, this a great value and good place to eat.
