We have given this pizza hut location plenty of chances for redemption both with delivery and dine in service, and are constantly disappointed. The staff is either completely complacent, or completely disengaged. It may also be a matter of a lack of leadership in management, I do not know. Either way, the service and product here is bad even for a chain. Orders are constantly wrong (more than 5 times in our case), Dine in area is always filthy, bathrooms are always filthy, slow service, I don't know what else I can say. Delivery service is the lone bright spot as the drivers are usually very prompt and friendly. This location needs a lot of work to say the least. If you want a pizza in Kingsville, try Dominos.

Moved to King Street. New location offers dining tables and a drive thru pick-up window. New location offers more parking and is easier to get in and out.

I went for lunch with a friend. We each had the lunch special (choice of 8" pizza, speg, sub or lasagna, if i recall) for less than $5. That's a good deal! This earned them the four stars. I'm frugal...The pizza was good, not great. I'm dubious, though, of any PIZZA place that doesn't really have sausage listed as a topping. But the pizza was advertised size, served hot, and tasted good. However, the decor, tables, chairs, salt shakers, etc are in poor condition. Old, beaten down, etc. Relativity clean, but not great. The staff was attentive and smiled often. Can't say it was the fastest service, but it was reasonable. I'd go back. Next time I'll try the salad bar, which adds a couple of dollars to the lunch special. Why? Several people went to the salad bar, so I'll need to try it.

You can not go away from Kingsville without having a Texicalli from here. Nice environment, very particular and very well served. Personal pizas are very good, handmade and excellent. Famous people have been eaten in this restaurant and they have pictures everywhere.
