I normally love Panarottis but at the moment I'm keeping away because of the lack of good service in 3 different Panarottis lately. I have asked for pasta without peppers as it makes me sick and the drinks was not like we ordered it. The waitress brought the pasta with peppers and when I asked her to take it back and make it without, she just went back and told them to scratch it out....the manager was helpfull and the owner later phoned but I don' t understand how staff can be allowed to do this to customers?Dear Eeyore714,Thank you for your rating, however based on your review we are so sorry to hear about the poor service you experienced. Drove past numerous time, always thinking it was just a take out place, boy was I wrong. Place was packed during lunch time, with all soaking up the authentic Portuguese feel that this establishment give you from walking thru the door. The food is great, great in price, great in portion size and great in taste. The service is prompt even with a packed house. The owner is hands on and attend to all his guests. Will go there over and over again, so many more dishes to sample.

Stylish aviator-style restaurant as a part of a bigger hotel near the airport. We had dinner just before our flight back home. Good but not perfect steak, served with salad and vegetables. Words cannot adequately express how satisfied we were with our company event that we held at this stunning venue. The hosting, the service, the ambience and above all, the food were absolutely fantastic. The attention to our requests, the quality of the service and the obvious passion that the owners have for their vision all combine to make this somewhat difficult to find location the perfect spot for your birthday, wedding, company function or reunion.I cannot recommend them highly enough.Well done.
