Things to do in Jonesboro
Me and my family ate here for the first time last week. We were not at all empress with it. Food wasn't hot on the buffet. They hardly put anything fresh on it the whole time we were there. The place didn't seem the clean(from the worn booths to the carpet ) with all the other pizza places in Jonesboro we will not be coming to this place!

We came for their Chicago style pizza and knew there would be a 45 minute wait. It was worth it! We also had great service! We will be back!

We dine in at Shelby Dr. location but delivery comes from Highland Dr. location. Our favorites are the Maui Wowie, the Widow Maker & the Ranchero. Salads are always fresh. We've always had great service and food from both locations. No one else has their style of thin crust and we love it! Crispy & Crackery!

Iâve stated in other reviews, I take pizza seriously. I eat a lot of it. No, Iâm not a fan of whimpy thin crust âwood firedâ - let-me-open-up-some-trendy-pizza-place-for-âcool kidsâ-to-eat-with-a-good-selection-of-beer-brands-nobody-has-ever-heard-of-with-weird-playlists-playing restaurants. Sorry, I want pizza. American pizza. Nope, donât care how they do things in Italy. Iâm not in Italy. Iâm in America. I want American pizza. Yes, I do like authentic. Authentic, American pizza. (Incidentally, I feel the same about Good ole American Chinese food-gimme something sweet and sour, fried rice, and an egg roll. Iâll take some chicken noodle âwonton soupâ too). This is American pizza. And Iâm going to tell you about my experience. Itâs easy enough to park. Itâs clean. The tables are a combo of picnic tables and standard tables. Lots of wood and metal. Definitely the standard contemporary look many restaurants are presenting. Itâs both a sad but nice change from the old pedestal tables (the ones that are never level-though some genius has tried fixing with a wad of paper) and red checkered table clothes. The floor is a polished concrete. The playlist is a nice mix of 80âs and 90âs. Itâs great to have people of my generation be the proprietors. The menu is interesting because while itâs clearly a pizza place, theyâve diversified by adding a great mix. THEY MAKE THEIR OWN RANCH DRESSING. I donât get it. To all restaurant owners: if your restaurant sucks, at least make your own ranch dressing. It makes a mediocre restaurant look better. We also tried the BBQ nachos which were great. The bbq was plentiful and was actually really good.Cheese sticks were good- two of them had no cheese so it would have sucked if you got one of those. The pizza had a hand tossed crust. The thickness was perfect and the sauce is good. Cheese was plentiful. It was initially hard to handle. Hot, saucy, cheesy and quite naughty did this pizza arrive in front of my face. Meat was nicely placed and we all left full. Was it good ole American pizza? God bless America it was.

I absolutely love the pizza from Pizza Chef, it tastes amazing. But I hesitate to order it because of the staff. When you call an order in, it starts with the way they answer the phone. No hint of friendliness at all. When you go to pick it up, it's pretty much the same. They don't seem to appreciate your business. The couple of times I've dined in, it's the same sort of experience. They don't really care that you're there, or that you're a paying customer. I'm not sure why they all seem to have this attitude. Yeah, your pizza is really good, but if you treat your customers like they are annoying & a nuisance, then they probably won't want to come back. Would it kill you to act friendly?
Seriously, I was lost in pizza heaven! It was great, the the store was decked out in cool decor. The chips were baked. I liked them, my business travel partner from India did not like them. He had a veggie pizza but he didn't like the artichoke hearts (first time trying them)Mine was basic pizza yet very good. The college age female employee behind the counter could have had a better attitude the evening of April 5th. She wasn't helpful and decided to give the change in coins rather than bills. She could have used more training.

They delivered to our hotel promptly. Pizza had piles of toppings and was great. The dessert pizza was coconut cream and was out of this world. Wish we had one in our town. Locally owned and they do a superb job.

Our family of four (including two nine-year-olds) enjoyed supper at Upper Crust on Shelby after a day of Escape Room, bowling, and trampoline park fun all in close proximity. We ate half regular and half spicy cheesy breadsticks with marinara, which was good. The spicy ones have jalapeños and are indeed hot. We each ordered 10" pizzas to bring the extra home. I had a Maui Wowie (Canadian bacon, pineapple, cheese, and sauce), which was good. It was even better with a smidge of crushed red pepper. My husband has All Meats, and my kids created their own pizzas. The prices were reasonable, the wait staff was attentive, and we were seated immediately. There is a bar with lots of TV screens for sports viewing. The pizza crust is thin and crunchy (not soggy), as many other reviewers have stated. It was good food in a good atmosphere with great service. I would go back.

Ordered two medium pies, two salads, and cheese bread. Salads were instantly delivered, and fresh. Cheese bread was out in less than five minutes, and fifteen minutes or less for the pie, which was excellent. 5/5 review for me. Having been general manager of a pizza restaurant, I easily find something to fault a restaurant for, yet in this case, I have nothing. But, you should watch out for the jalapenos... They're fresh! ;)

Itâs a place where everything is fresh, from the pizza dough thatâs made in-store each day to the veggies we prepare every morning. Itâs a place with almost limitless options. First you choose whether you want a handmade pizza, gourmet salad or foldwich.
If you have a gluten allergy, then this is the only place to safely eat pizza in Jonesboro. The staff are awesome and have extensive training in gluten allergies. You are somewhat limited on the toppings you can choose from, but this is due to possible contamination. They take good care of you here and the pizzas are excellent. Great food, safe for gluten allergies, great staff, and good prices.
