Reviews on Pizza food in Jefferson City, Missouri, United States. The Missouri State Capitol dominates a bluff overlooking the Missouri River and the bronze statue atop its 238 foot-high dome is the first thing that comes into view for visitors of Jefferson City. The same bluff was one of the first sites passed by Lewis and Clark on their famous expedition, and the city is close to both the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail and KATY Trail State Park. The city is also home to the imposing Missouri State Penitentiary, the “bloodiest 47 acres in America.”

We visited this Pizza Hut specifically for the buffet lunch, the pizza was cold and did not have a good variety of types, very mediocre! Additionally service was not good, our drinks were not refilled the entire time we were there.
If you like funky cheese on your pizza (they use provolone) then you might like Imos. There's not much difference between this pizza and most of the other places except for the fact that they use the funky cheese. The food is of sound quality and it is quickly served. But I am no fan of St. Louis Pizza, so your mileage may vary if you like that nasty cheese. Try the place and try the cheese and see what you think. They're nice folks, they just use a cheese I don't care for.

On MO Blvd in Jefferson Plaza by Super D Drug store. We have some patio seating, non smoking.
My office decided to order delivery from there today. Twice we tried to call - from 2 different numbers - and both times placed on hold by a rude gentleman. The phone was placed down and we could just hear normal kitchen activity- considering it was early (shortly after 11) they shouldnât have been that swamped. When I coughed into the phone to try to get their attention the phone was muted. Both of us stayed on the line for over 4 minutes with no return from the business. Pretty poor customer service. But never fear we just placed our big order with Prison Brews who had it ready in less than 20 minutes and was delish!!

This is, in my opinion, the best place in Jefferson City to get pizza. Whether you want to eat in or carry out, you can't beat The Pizza Company. I live on the west side of town and I will drive across to the East side of town to get this pizza.

I took a teenage friend to Theo's for lunch. They don't serve burgers. I've never eaten at a restaurant with him where he didn't order a burger. While disappointed, he did read through the menu and selected the boneless Buffalo chicken wings. While it was an appetizer - which he didn't share - he couldn't finish them, so he asked for a to-go-box.I always order the meat ball sandwich. It also requires a to-go-box. The food is great here. However, the wrought iron furniture dragging on the tile floors means all conversation will be halted as adjoining tables are seated or depart.
Obie's is basically a bar/pool hall that also sells pizza. I wouldn't recommend eating the pizza at Obie's unless you are a fan of bars and/or pool halls, but the pizza is excellent. We always call ahead and the pizza is usually (but not always) ready when we arrive. Allow 30-45 minutes, depending on how busy they are. Prices are competitive and you get 10% off if you order more than one pizza.

We had my mother-in-Law's retirement party there and they could not have been more accommodating. The food was great and they were super flexible with what we wanted to do. Please patronize this restaurant as it is a true gem of Jefferson City.

This is my favorite pizza ever! If you like thin, crispy, brick oven style crust you will love this pizza. They do not skimp on the cheese and toppings. Try their buffalo chicken pizza, it's delicious. Try one of their salads, they are all delicious. I highly recommend "The Stranger" salad. I am a salad snob. I usually always order a salad with a meal then end up snarling at how basic and overpriced it is for its basicness. Not here. I crave their salads, and pizza, of course. West Main has a great laid-back atmosphere and the staff are friendly.

Prison Brews was opened in 2007 in a part of town that once housed the state penitentiary and is now experiencing residential / commercial re-growth. This has become a popular brewery with wood-fired pizzas, sandwiches, etc. It has completely embraced the
Itâs cute restaurant with a prison theme. I was super impressed with the food though. Artichoke dip, a club sandwich and green bean fries. The green beans fries were very greasy. The rest was average... not bad but nothing to write home about. I guess people love it because of the atmosphere.

Arris Pizza Palace is a family friendly restaurant in downtown Jefferson City. In addition to their specialty of Greek style pizzas, they have pasta dishes on the menu. I visited here on a recent Saturday afternoon and the place was busy with families. Most customers appeared to be enjoying the buffet lunch which had a great selection of salad, pasta, pizza, dessert. On the menu they have several types of pizzas with pre-selected toppings, and I had the Plato vegetable pizza I had was delicious, the hand-tossed crust thin and crisp. The prices are very reasonable, the service is quick, and the staff is very friendly but appeared hurried, possibly due to the peak timing. Arris Pizza Palace is a great place for family dining.
