I'm going there for lunch at least once a week; its just next to my work.Very good choice for a quick, tasty and affordable (~5 Euros per plate) meal, for e.g. a lunch break. Typically, good pasta, pizza or -my favorite- Their Hamburger with grilled meat and their special bread. They have a convenient delivery service as well.

I only tried the beer straight from the still (see my pictures of the beer production still) and it was a great experience. I did not try the food so cannot comment but highly recommend the Wichtel beer. i visited in 2013

Goldberg is not a sophisticated area, serving mainly a local catchment. I was expecting reasonable pizza and pasta, but not much else. To test them out, I ordered Vitello tonnato (daily special) followed by Saltimbocca.I have had Vitello tonnato many times in Italy, and it sorts out the men from the boys among the chefs. It can be divine or it can be inedible. This was up there with the best I have had, and served in a very original and attractive way. A real treat.The saltimbocca, wine and service were also very good.Recommended .

We have been coming here for years. The pizza has the right amount of chewiness. We love the calzones, lasagna, and veal too. The kid's favorite is spaghetti carbonara. The owners are from Naples and speak German and Italian, but not too much English--not that has ever prevented us from ordering. The prices are also good. We have a great rapport with the staff and make sure we visit at least monthly.

Went on a Saturday night about 7 pm. This is a small restaurant and some of the tables had reserved signs. The sole waitress/hostess asked if we had a reservation and we smiled, said we did not, but did they have availability? She rolled her eyes and sat us at a table without a reserved sign.She was incredibly rude...everything we asked for (from the menu, no changes) was met with an eye roll and a shake of her head. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, one pasta and one pizza entree, and an extra plate, because we wanted to split the entrees....she actually cried "Do not do this to me!!! Why must you do this?" The entire restaurant turned to look....we had no idea that 2 people ordering 2 entrees was a horrible thing. The food was excellent....the pizza was great and the pasta entree was perfect. Prices were fine, and the restaurant filled up rather quickly. I had eaten here once several years ago when I lived in the area, and could not remember why I never went back. Now I remember.....

The pizza in this restaurant easily compared to pizza that I had in Italy. The owner of the restaurant is from Sicily and made an incredible pizza for me. I thought I was in Italy until I steeped outside of the restaurant. The pizza was a great price too.

We try to come here for a family dinner once every month or so. The owners are the greatest couple, and always go out of their way for us. It feels like home every time we come in, and we are always welcomed with a hug and kiss. The food is fresh and phenomenal! I have yet to have a dish I didnât like. Even our 18 month old loves it! * see photo of her licking plate *

Service was great! Our pasta was cooked perfectly and the kids shared an amazing pizza. Prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was friendly and warm. Easy walking distance from several Sindelfingen hotels (we're staying at the Marriott). The couple at the table next to us had the pasta from Italian cheese. It looked amazing! The freshly cooked pasta was tossed in the cheese at table side-- wish I had a photo to share -- will get next time. This is a warm, welcoming place to visit -- a definite don't miss!
