If you want some quick pizza ya might better head somewhere else. This place is really slooooooow. I will say the pizza is good but not worth a wait. There were about 3 people waiting before we ordered and they said they had been waiting for over 25 minutes. If you were at a sit down restaurant then I would understand but not this type of place.

My first visit to this relatively new restaurant fell a bit short of expectations. My pre-visit examination of the extensive menu choices made me optimistic that Iâd find something really tasty to order. I selected my first choice, Italian Sausage with Spaghetti. My second choice, pizza, is unavailable on Fridayâs and Saturdays. On the positive side, my group of seven seemed to enjoy their dinners (several in our group were repeat customers). The parking lot contained large number of vehicles by 4:45 PM, and on the inside, people were lined up for seating (A good sign). We had a reserved table, and my group was seated immediately. Restaurant is moderately priced and is conveniently located near I-59/U.S 49 exit and the University area.Less positive was the meal and beverage service. Somewhat disappointed with my entrée selection. Tomato sauce was disappointing, sausage just OK. I did not even try to order a dinner salad as I had planned. (I can tell a lot about a new restaurant by the quality of the salad, so, hopefully, I can try it on a second visit). My overall assessment of Marioâs is that it is an average place that I plan to try again. However, Iâm not overly confident that visit number two would quite be what Iâm looking for either. Marioâs reminds me of the Italian restaurants near my old university campus. Lots of OK food for moderate price, but not exactly gourmet dining. Service was adequate for serving a group, but not up to snuff had I been with a dinner date. Oddly, I even had inordinate difficulty in getting a beer delivered to the table in a timely way. So, for this trip I have nothing particular to recommend in way of menu items. Hope to on a subsequent visit. I also plan to avoid a Friday or Saturday night and would plan to arrive at a less busy time.

We were on our way in from the beach, and was exhausted. I had saw an ad for Cici's and signed up for the email club. They sent me a coupon for buy one adult buffet and a drink, get a second buffet free. Plus, kids under 2 eat free. So for me, my husband, and our 18 month old, we paid $11. GREAT. They didn't have a white sauce pizza on the line, so they made one for us. We got full, and enjoyed ourselves. we Like it.
